Best roofing company with fairest price in town. I received several estimates all from A+ roofing companies. Top notch service from beginning to end. Our roof looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier.

From the start to the finish we were kept informed about everything that we could expect and when it would happen. Even the people Westfall hired to haul away trailers, etc. were the best. Everyone kept our yard cleaned up and made sure neighbors yards were kept clean and free of nails, etc. This is the second time we have used Westfall and if anyone needs repairs or a new roof these are the people to call. Thank you Westfall Roofing.

The crew was here early on the appointed date. They worked professionally and diligently for the entire day. The work was completed after about 12 hours which included a complete clean up of our area and both neighbors. They use a magnet mower to pick up any stray nails. When they were finished cleaning you could never tell workers were here. They also came back to remove any tar spots that were on our pavers. I would highly recommend them.

Run away from this company, fast! They are not GAF certified anymore. They replaced my roof 5 years ago and I have had multiple problems due to their unethical business practices, dishonesty and lack of responsibility. ( I have 10 yrs warranty on labor) After hiring a licensed GC to fix a problem they caused and refused to repair... Westfall bent/ damaged our pool cage super gutter when they installed our roof and tried to caulk/coverup the damage area. After the first heavy downpour, water was pouring between our eaves and cage which resulted in damages to pool deck as well as water damage to other exterior parts of the home, which they refused to fit. After inspection by our GC (who was doing our bath remodel), we discovered the roof we paid for w/a Cobra 3 ridge vent was not installed at all, defective shingles were used and other materials which were supposed to be replaced, were not. The upgraded warranty on the proposal quote was crossed through and the shingle color was changed day of install without our approval. Basically my final paperwork looked one way and their invoice I requested to pursue a GAF warranty claim said something else.

Brian was my consultant and he was great. I am a single lady and usually do not get much of an explanation about a repair(I usually have to dig for answers), but he answered all of my questions and showed me pictures of what needed to be repaired. I got several estimates and this one was not lowest but not the highest and overall seemed like the best quality for the price. Let me say this, I got a lot of crazy estimates and different stories from other companies. Brian seemed the most honest and a straight shooter. I was told it would take 2-3weeks to get scheduled and it took about 2 weeks. Someone texted me and said can we come tomorrow and I said yes, and the time of arrival was 8am and the guy was at my hose at 8am. He worked on the roof for 7 hours and so far no more leak and we had had very heavy rain since. After the repair was completed Westfall sent me an invoice a few days later and then I paid the bill. I am very happy with the work that was done and I would recommend Westfall to others.

They did a great job. We would highly recommend them and we would hire them again.

Terribly. The shingle roof and flat roof we’re installed by a crew that communicated poorly and was not on time. Materials were left all over the place. After the installation was completed we noticed very severe fumes that were throughout the house. After weeks of open windows and fans the fumes never left, and westfall refuses to address this issue or provide a refund. The house is no longer livable due to the strong fumes that come from the products that westfall selected and installed on my home. If you want to destroy your home then you should use Westfall roofing.

Brian did a great job explaining the proposal, answering all my questions. Contract signed on 8/12 and I was notified verbally that work would begin on Wednesday 8/28. On 8/28, I received a call that work on another roof had not been completed on the previous day & my roof was delayed till the following Wednesday 9/4. On the morning of 9/4, I was notified that the crew's car had broken down & they were waiting for a tow truck – work was rescheduled yet again until Thursday. My 'bad luck' continued on Thursday morning with another call stating that the crew had been unable to complete work on the previous roof because of a delay in delivery but would arrive about noon. That did happen and they did work until about 7pm. However, there was a language barrier and I was unable to communicate with the crew. Luckily, when my nephew arrived, not only does he have experience working with roofing jobs, he was also able to communicate with the crew and noted several problems: that there was no one actually supervising the work and there were quality issues that needed to be addressed. After the crew left on Thursday, we were appalled to find my property was left looking like a disaster area. There was asphalt on the lanai screen as well as the pavers and lawn; water bottles, nails and trash thrown all over, granules in the pool, even an open container of tar on the roof. Tools were left under a tarp on the front lawn – which by the way, was the the only tarp used. Luckily, no one was injured by stepping on a nail or tripping over debris - including my neighbor whose property was also littered. This review will come as no surprise to Westfall as my nephew sent 21 pictures along with his observations of the work and I followed with an email as well. On Friday, Westfall did send Hector who supervised and addressed the issues. But we never did receive an explanation as to why someone from Westfall wasn't doing that supervisory work on Thursday, instead of my family member. New gutters in the front of the house – included in the contract cost - completed on Wednesday, 9/11. Wind mitigation was included at no additional cost. These last 2 items and the final appearance of the roof are a 'plus', so my rating reached "C"

Lack of communication on the process was not explained fully before, the roofer came was done in 3 days and it looks great, but they stole my satellite Dish for my cable and cut the sire. And there was no one who spoke English on the job to help me. When I mentioned to the company they said they would compensate by sending a $100 to make up for the dish that was taken and I had to have replaced for $100. I never receive the $100 Visa card. Then they damaged a portion of the fascia and never told me til I had to find it on my own, then when I sent the company a message about it and what to do. I got no response or acknowledgement as to what to do or refer anyone that can paint and fix the now replaced piece of wood that was not painted on my newly painted house. I have sent two emails of my frustration and they have ignored me. They had no care of concern for my property and after they got paid, they didn't care about my concerns.

We spent many weeks looking for a company to replace our old roof. Bruce came out and gave us an estimate that was very competitive. The company is great with communication, always answering any questions we had through out the entire process. The job was done quickly and the workmanship is excellent. Please save yourself the headaches of going through one company after another and just start with Westfall, you won't find a better roofing company out there.

It went great! We called to get a quote for roof repair, left a message and received a prompt response from Justin Young. When he came out to inspect the job he was professional, polite and took the time to answer all our questions. When we asked how long before they would be able to do the job he said because of all the rain it could be 2 weeks. We received the proposal that evening via e mail and 6 days later got a call asking to schedule the repair for the next day between 8:30-9:30. Shawn, the roofer was here a little after 8 that next morning and got right to work on the repair. He did an excellent job and answered any questions we had about the procedure. From the office staff to the roofer, everyone was great and when its time for a new roof, we will definitely call Westfall Roofing!

We replaced a 15-year old roof in May 2019. Jeff, our consultant, came to the house, estimated the cost for complete removal and replacement and answered all of our questions. He even suggested a solution to rain leaking through our lanai roof which has worked great, so far. He made himself available whenever we had a question. The front office was excellent in keeping us informed concerning timing of the job and leading us through the process. It took one long day to strip and replace the roof. The crew was good. Cleanup after the job was good. The roof looks tremendous. We also had some eave and soffit wood damage that was repaired in the process. This was a big plus. I would recommend Westfall without reservation.

This company did a great job. There were no problems. They were professional in every way. The work was completed about a month after the contract was signed, and in my case was done in one day, although I know two days is the norm. This included removing of old solar heating pipes on the roof, and my decision to install Weatherlock G underlayment throughout the roof rather than in just certain areas especially prone to leaking. The roof has had no leaks or other problems since it was installed and passed the Windstorm Mitigation inspection to allow for lower insurance rates.

I'm attaching the last email that I sent to the owner, Kirk Westfall, on 1-23-19. To this day I have never received a follow up call or email from this company. Is this how Westfall Roofing does business? No thanks. This email sums up my last experience with Westfall Roofing. It's too bad they don't follow up with customers who have given them thousands of dollars in previous business. They lost a new roof that will need replacing within the next year, as well as many referrals I could have given them from my neighborhood where all the roofs are approaching 15-20 years old. "Hi Kirk, I’m writing to you because I can’t seem to get anywhere with your guys who have previously been sent out to my home at Coastal Range Way in Lutz. First of all, I spent almost $13K on a new roof in June of 2017 at another home we own - on Lake Osceola Ln in Odessa. Brian Hughes was my rep and he was great. I was so satisfied with your service that when we had a leak at our home in Lutz I wanted to make sure I used you again. This past December I called your company because during during one of the bad rain storms on a Friday evening, water started dripping/pouring through one of my air conditioning vents. I just had my entire air conditioning system replaced a month before that storm came so I knew that wasn’t the issue. I asked specifically for Brian Hughes to come out but he had just left for vacation. Bill Wright was sent instead. Bill assured me I didn’t have a leak on my roof. I knew I did and that there was another storm coming that week. Now I have a huge water damage mark on the ceiling inside my house due to the following storm. I took a video of the leak while it was happening in our ceiling and sent it in to Bill as proof that we did have a roof leak. Bill was going to come back out on Friday December 21st. I waited. I texted him. Finally your office called and left a message that Bill’s truck had broken down. I wasted an entire day. On Saturday, a guy named Justin came out. He advised my husband and I that we have “designer shingles” and will need to replace a huge valley section that could cost close to $6K. He said he would call the shingle rep and see if he could get the price down or if they might still be under warranty. I never heard back from Justin on this so I have no idea where that went. We explained to Justin that we just wanted our roof patched for now. There’s no way we would pay $6K to reshingle with designer shingles. The roof is 14 years old and we would be happy to give you the big roof job when the time comes but we just want it patched for now. We even asked for a tarp until someone could come out and patch it. We never got a tarp, a patch, or a phone call back. This is the last test I received from Justin on December 28th: “Good morning, I just wanted to give you a quick update. Unfortunately I have yet to hear from the distributor. I will continue to call today. As far as a quick fix there isn’t enough time to even put roof cement down in that valley by the time it rains next week it will start to wash away and get all over your driveway and walls. Our only option would be to get one extremely large tarp to cover the entire front side. Something that would go up and over your front entryway as well. We’re looking at possible rain next Thursday however the company doesn’t have an availability to tarp until the week of the seventh." We had to call another roof guy just to get through the storms and he did put roof cement down and nothing got all over our driveway and walls. I have no idea why Justin would say this. Regardless, we were basically left hanging with your company as no one has followed up with us. It definitely isn’t the “Westfall Roofing Promise” that you have stated on your website. As we all know, small jobs lead to big jobs. Our neighborhood has homes that are beginning to need new roofs. We give each other recommendations on Nextdoor Sanctuary on Livingston. I liked doing business with your company before, as many of my previous neighbors did. I would like to continue doing business with your company but does anyone care enough to follow up with us? Great! After agreeing to the work on 5/15, the roofing employee was at my door for the job at 8:30 the next morning. He was fully prepared for the job and had all the necessary supplies. I am very pleased with the final result, which included replacing existing shingles. Although my existing roof is nine years old, you really can't tell where he replaced the shingled.

The Westfall rep was an hour late for our meeting. He took measurements and said he would email me an estimate in two days. I phoned him three days later after I had not heard from him and left a message on his cell phone and with his office. I phoned him the next day after not hearing from him. I left a message on his cell and then called his office. Someone at his office said he had contacted the rep and that he would call me soon. Later that afternoon I called the office once more and was told that the rep would not be giving me an estimate, but I was not given a reason.

Had a home shingle roof and flat pool patio roof replaced last year, and some solar tubes installed at the same time. All has been good so far. Covered the AC, plants and some of the lawn. Did a clean job except for too many leftover old and new nails hidden in the lawn. They did a magnet sweep twice but I ultimately had to use my own purchased magnet sweeper to get about a half quart bag full of nails.

Westfall Roofing gave us a great price on our roof and did an awesome job. They even suggested and made improvements to help keep our house cooler. The roof looks great. We are so happy we went with them.

Everything went wonderfully, from project quote to office staff, financing help and work crew. Can't say enough about the professional, courteous and timely manner in which everything was handled. Thank you Josh, Melissa, Dave, AJ, and especially Project Manager Ricardo Vera and his crew. Roof looks beautiful!

This company was incredible! They went above and beyond and worked with the Insurance Institute to ensure our roof was up to meeting the highest hurricane standards and we got a bronze fortification from ibhs who worked with them one on one. Not only were they the best bid but they did extra nailing for fortification at no charge and didn't replace anything that didn't need to be replaced so no nickel-and-diming. This company is responsive and ethical! Highly recommend them

They gave me an appointment last week to come out to do an inspection and give an estimate. A few days later they called to reschedule. The appointment was rescheduled for today (same time, exactly a week later). This morning Steve called to cancel and reschedule. When I asked why, they couldn't tell me. Since they can't keep an initial appointment to provide an estimate, I have no faith in this company doing anything they say they are going to do. So, I can't trust them with my roof. If they are too busy to take on a new customer, they shouldn't schedule the appointment. I expect this type of treatment from smaller fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants unreliable companies, not a company that's supposed to be as reputable as these guys claim to be.
