They were good. Tech was friendly. Explains well. Clean up was good.

They were good. I liked them. I haven't seen it because I live in Los Angeles and it is in Tampa, but I think it's ok. The sales rep that I worked with was very accommodating. He worked with me at various hours of the day. My schedule is West coast and he was East coast and he was very accommodating in that way.

Expensive. Charged $600 for something that was small repair.

My experience with Westfall went very well. We are pleased with both the roof and the windows. The crew was efficient and hardworking. I had no prior information about Westfall, so took a bit of a chance hiring them. Mr Westfall(senior) is extremely easy to work with and very responsive to calls and questions.

They're work was marginal at best as far as the roofing was concerned. Their responsiveness to a problem was very bad. I would not recommend them. Originally, they did some work a year ago and they had to come back for some warranty repair. In addition to that scope of work, they also did some tile work and they actually ended up leaving a whole pallet full of their supplies on the second story of my roof. When we went to put the house on the market, we found that they had left this pallet with of all of this weight for over a year on my roof, and that it had created a snag in the roof. They did finally come out and removed it after numerous phone calls. They left it up there originally to begin with which I thought was pretty poor. There was actually a leak and I had to hire another company to do repairs on their work.

It wasn’t through the insurance. They did a great job, we haven’t had any issues since. Price – From what I remember it was reasonable. It was of quality. It took one day. One person came out.

It worked out very well. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They answered all my questions, which that's a big thing with me. So I felt they were informed, and they knew what they were doing. They were quick to answer my questions and they were very attentive to make sure I was happy with the job. And not many people care if you are happy or not.

They were great. The price was excellent. I love the way they do business. They email you, they call you. Just nice to have a vendor that shows up and does what they say they're gonna do. He was nice and he hauled off the satellite dish so I didn't have to deal with it.

Great. Scheduled apt and Mike came out was very prompt and professional. The contracts are very detailed and he explained everything. They completed the job in 2 days. The workers were all professional. You never want to spend money on a roof. The estimate was right in line. I received a much larger quote from one of the big stores and a second quote that was about the same as Westfall. I had used them before. They did not follow up with me until months later. Westfall I would use again. They were prompt and professional.

Everything went well. Crew showed up on time. Well supervised. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Clean-up was good but could have been better. Overall very satisfied with Westfall Roofing.

They were not the cheapest, but they are the most prompt and clean up ALL of the mess when they are done. They are my go to company for roofing.

Work was completed during an extremely stormy 7 days in August 2015. Some rainwater driven by high winds entered the house through the uncompleted skylights. Also the gutters that were detached from the fascia during the reroofingvhad to be resecured to the house due the heavy rainfall. Contractor was contacted on a weekend day and responded immediately to cover the exposed skylights with additional tarps and resecure the unsupported gutters Damage was minimal.

Very well. They are professional and as quick as one can be when putting on an entire roof.

Excellent. Was told that they would be there at 7am and they were tearing the old shingles off at 6:30am. The job was supposed to take 2 days but they were finished in one. Even the owner of the company stopped by to say hi and check on the job which is pretty much unheard of!

The job was completed as expected. We had a small issue with the dryer vent and they took care of it right away.

Workers arrived timely. The foreman, Ricardo, sought to keep us informed and addressed our concerns. Overall, the project was completed in just two days. The cost to re-roof was not inexpensive. The wind mitigation survey saved me $1000 on my insurance premium. A few patio stones were broken. The lawn took a beating with so much activity.

They came out at 9AM on 12/15 and were able to estimate and complete the repair in the same day. Excellent service.

They got me an estimate quickly and described my options to me so I could decide exactly how I wanted it done. They came to my house and replaced the roof quickly and the work looks great. Afterwards they came out and showed me all of the work they did.
