Westfall Roofing did what they said they would do, when they would do it, professional personnel, staff cleaned up daily. Jeff was very responsive - answered questions and understood our needs.

I would recommend Westfall roofing to anyone that wants a quality roof installed for a great price. Eric our salesman did a great job explaining everything about roofs, shingles, underlayments, peel and stick, water proofing, warranties and installation. All of the workers showed up on time on the date that was promised, worked quickly and efficiently through the whole process. Eric worked with me on the different solar fans and underlayment I wanted them to install. The solar fans and underlayment that I wanted was not normally what they installed, but Eric said it was not a problem. The solar fans I had Westfall use were made by Attic breeze and the underlayment I used was called Polaralum.

It was a free estimate. It was good. They took photographs, they were detailed. They did a good job. I didn’t see any problems. They were doing fine.

They were good. I didn't have a problem with them at all. I didn't have any experience with customer service. I only dealt with the guy who climbed up on the roof and did the measurements and he was their guy in the field. He was professional and got everything done quickly. The shortfall was on my end in that when I got the insurance check for redoing the roofing, they only sent me half the money. So I heard from him a couple days later and I responded to him on email that I would get back to them. I told him they were a very professional outfit and appreciate they came out and were here on the scheduled time; no problems there but I have to get something worked out with the insurance company. The way the insurance is working is that they will give me half the money now and the other half when the jobs are done. When the hurricane came through last quarter of last year it did some damage. I lost some drywall in the garage and some drywall water damage in the family room. Obviously a roof would fix 100% of that except the drywall. I had some screen problems outside around the pool area with limbs coming through it, it was a pretty bad storm. The insurance company's policy is to give you half the money now, and then you finish all the jobs and send us some receipts and then they will give you the balance of the money. But they had already taken $6600 out of the money they were going to give me due to the fact that it was hurricane related, that's how they do the game in Florida, then you left me high and dry. My wife and I are retired and live on social security so there is no extra cash there. My social security check comes in every month and my wife's and we are paying mortgage payments, paying food and all the other things that keep you alive. When I saw this price I didn't want to go to any other roofer on Angie's List, or anyone else for that matter, because I didn't want to waste their time until I get my things worked out on my end. If I had gotten 100% of my money my d*mn roof would be done and my screens would be done and the drywall; I didn't have a problem with that. But if you are taking $6600 out of what I would have gotten because of the hurricane policy in the state of Florida then you have only given me half of my money after you have taken out the $6600 you're severely limiting my ability to get major work done because I don't have all the funds. I have some business that I have been working on. Once I have my money in my back account I can move forward with my project and I will get a roofer off of Angie's List when I do move forward. But I have not experienced their service other than their bid. He came out, did the measurements, took pictures, did what he had to do; he was here a good solid hour. Within 24 hours I had an official bid on my email that he sent me. It was professional. When I responded to him I told him I appreciate his professional service and everything looks good but I can't move forward unless I have money in my account or the insurance company says here is 100% of the company.

Manny Sotolongo, roofing consultant, was exceptional in answering all my questions promptly and accurately. The workman came on time, were carefully of surrounding plants, and cleaned up everything each day. They worked two days from 7:30 am to 6 PM. I received three different bids from roofing companies selected based on reviews from Angies list. I signed with Westfall primarily because of the price but also because of the communication I had with Manny. The roof and new chimney cap look fabulous. Highly recommend them.

Westfall Roofing was fabulous. Roof leaks are horrendous. They were stupendous. I would recommendend they without hesitation and when we need a new roof, they will be our roofer!

Workman came, went up on the roof, worked for awhile, and said the loose shingles were repaired and no further leaks would occur. Unfortunately, a few months later the same place started to leak. Hired a different roofer to make the repairs. No problems since then.

They were really good. They were very punctual. They did what they said they would do. They cleaned up really well. They do good work. Everybody in our neighborhood has used them. It took them three or four days to get our roof on.

It was excellent. They're a great company. They're definitely an A. I would definitely use them again. They are the best group that I've come across with. They have excellent pricing and excellent work.

It was excellent. They did a great job. There are no leaks. They were fair priced. They were here every day and there was somebody watching. The selection of roofs was very minimum as far as color tones, but the quality was fine. They were punctual and here every day at the same time. The gentleman that was foreseeing everything was very professional. They are good and we would recommend them.

Very good. When we were doing quotes, they gave us a real quote. They were professional. One guy got out an tiny notepad, and wrote down our quote. We ran the gambit there, and went with Westfall roofing. My mother always said you get what you paid for. They weren't the cheapest, but they were in the middle. We were very satisfied. The other thing is, when we bought mom's house, we asked Mr.Westfall to take a look at the old roof, and he did. He said we needed a new roof. When we was closing, the seller would not give us anything off the roof, and our realtor said to have Mr. Westfall write up an appraisal on the old roof, and he did that as well. We would definitely include them in any estimates.

They charged me a d***n fortune. And it's a flat roof. It was $7,000. I had called a lot of roofers and none of them showed up or anything. I just met this guy from Westfall at the 7-11. I asked him, "could you come to my house and look at my roof?" And he did that same day. That's how I hired Westfall. I guess it's fine. I haven't been up there to look at it. The price was high because I had it done years ago and it was maybe almost $3,00 and now it's like $7,000. It's a pretty big increase. That's how I felt about that. It took about two days. They had a big crew. Maybe about 6 or 7 guys. They were good.

They did a fantastic job and it blends right into the shingles. I was only disappointed that they didn't offer services that would fix the damaged area inside the house from the skylight being damaged.

It was pretty good pricing. They were good on responsiveness. They came out right away a couple of times and they were very punctual to get right back out there. However, they fixed it once and then we had another one and they fixed it again. They didn't seem like it was out of the ordinary. Whenever they pulled the roof nails off of the old roof what happened is a lot of them would fall on the ground. I stepped on several of them and the kids were outside playing but again I think that's very common with roofing companies and I filed that complaint with just about every person I know that had put the roof on. They probably could have done a little better than that.

They did a fantastic job. Reasonable estimate. Did work in a timely manner. They sent someone our right away so there wouldn't be any leaking. I plan to use them again on a different property.

Most of the people was an "A" on professionalism, just one person was a "B". They were hardworking and delivered what was expected. This was my first time using them.

They were very good. It took them two days to repair the roof. The workers were very professional and the area was left very clean. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

When they first showed up there were 5 workers to tear off the old roof and then 3 stayed to put it back on. It only took them 1 day. They cleaned up. The workers were very friendly.

They really did a superb job and I've had bad roofers or questionable roofers. They're an A all the way down. I would absolutely use them again and I recommend them as the primary person who I use for a roofer; I'm a realtor. I have had shoddy workmanship done before and they actually came over and repaired it and told me what the person had done wrong and the person who they were following had been referred by a major home inspector in Tampa and the person who was referred to me by a respected home inspector did a horrible job and Westfall Roofing was referred to me by a colleague. It was not easy because this was a repair and a lot of people don't pay attention to repairs and they'll just put the roof on and I would get a better chance of getting a good job if someone puts the whole roof on than a repair. These people, even though they're in great demand for doing the whole roof, came over and they just did a wonderful job.

They were good. Tech was friendly. Explains well. Clean up was good.

They were excellent. We had bad wood damage. They had to replace some interior beams. I have not had any problems at all with this new roof. I didn't have to clean up the nail or mess. Very, very reliable and they are excellent. Techs are professional.

They did a good job. The price was fair. They got done pretty quick. The quality of the materials, I think made a difference on why we used them. We were also in kind of a time crunch and that is very random, it just happened to work out that they were able to get the work done quickly. The workers were fine. I was gone most of the day when they did it but they hard a very large crew and got it done pretty much in a day, maybe a day and a half. They cleaned up very good, a lot better than the people we had do our last roof.

They were good. I liked them. I haven't seen it because I live in Los Angeles and it is in Tampa, but I think it's ok. The sales rep that I worked with was very accommodating. He worked with me at various hours of the day. My schedule is West coast and he was East coast and he was very accommodating in that way.
