Extremly well. work was competiviey price with no extra costs at completion of work. extra items of work were completed and included in contract [thanks to Jeff] Signed contract july 21 and had a completed reroof by july 27----amazing 2 day job. roof looks beautiful . all work was performed in a professional manner and clean up was outstanding. Mr Westfall visited the job the same day of completion and wanted to be assured we were satisfied. Yes we are satisfied. County roof inspector commented on roof being well done.

I interviewed and vetted several companies for this roofing project. I also did a lot of research for the roofing products that were being sold in this market. Westfall Roofing was the only company who quoted me the product that I wanted at a fair price. Other companies used inferior materials, or quoted me outrageous prices. Dealing with Westfall, I never felt pressured, and their communication was outstanding. The installation took two days, and their team was on time and working early. They were a lot tidier than other companies that were doing work around my neighborhood. Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to hire Westfall Roofing.

I chose Westfall Roofing over another company that gave a lower estimate because of their excellent ratings on business sites and hearing good reports from a couple of former customers. Westfall also offered a better warranty and uses their own people rather than subcontractors. Representative Jeff D'Amore was very friendly, responsive and quickly updated a previous estimate and went over all the details of the roof replacement, materials, warranties and logistics in detail. He provided samples and answered any questions. Scheduling was done quickly and there was no problem re-scheduling the project when I needed to. Unlike other companies, Westfall's price included replacement of more than one sheet of plywood if needed and the wind mitigation upgrade, inspection and certification. Westfall also included a wider range of shingle colors and styles and very professional finishing touches like ridge venting covered with shingles and color coordinated vent stack and exhaust fan covers (touches none of my neighbors newer roofs have). The roofing crew, who are Westfall employed rather than subcontractors, arrived on time and were very well organized, polite and professional. A member of the Westfall family was even at the house to help get the crew organized & set up. They set up and got to work quickly and were careful to cover the A/C unit and did not throw removed roofing around the yard. They worked quickly and efficiently and even cleaned up nails from the lawn as they worked. I was informed by the crew of was some bad wood trim needed to be replaced and was shown the area and given a cost estimate to approve. The entire roof project was completed in two days where other companies told me it would take three or four as my roof is larger than average. The yard was completely cleaned up when they finished & you couldn't tell they'd even been there. Jeff D'Amore scheduled to meet me for the post inspection, to remind me of the warranties, complete paperwork and payment as soon as the job was finished. He also had the wind mitigation inspector contact me and inspection was done within a couple days. The whole process was quick, efficient and painless. Jeff D'Amore did a great job of estimating, coordinating and scheduling. I think it was definitely worth having Westfall do my roofing work and I will recommend them to others. My roof looks great and I saw that the work was professionally done with premium materials so I won't have to worry about having any problems with it.

The crew started May 1, 2017 removing roof material and began installing new roof material. They did a super job - now complaints

Westfall Roofing Techs arrived and were done in an hour, as they sent 3 men to accomplish the removal and replacement of the Poof Vent System. It was very cloudy and there was some thunder in the background, so they really worked hard to get it done.

The crew did a great job. The job only took two days. I am very sadisfied.

Everything was as agreed. The entire process went smoothly and the team from Westfall even worked with my lawn service on their last day (Friday) so I could enjoy the weekend with my new roof and manicured lawn. Well done Westfall.

They provided an estimate and performed the work. They determined where the leak was located before even going in the attic. I was fixed and we haven't had the leak since. Great job.

As promised, a hardworking crew showed up on time and systematically removed, prepped and replaced out entire shingle roof within two days. There were no surprises, the crew was accommodating to us going in and out of the home, there was always someone available to answer any questions, and the quoted number stood firm. The crew cleaned up very well after the job was complete and swept the lawn and flower beds with magnets to pick-up any stray nails. Eric came out the next day to walk the property, inspect the roof, and answer any other questions before final payment. I just received my roof warranty information from Owens Corning and am secure and confident I made a good investment for my home. The only constructive criticism I had, which was noted and taken back to the crew, was smoking on site and clean up after the end of the first day, but before the job was complete.

My experience was great with the initial meeting with Jeff D'Amore my Roofing Consultant who explained the processes of removing the roofing, materials used, warranty and did the initial onsite inspection of my roof for my proposal. I selected Westfall to do the roof. Ricardo their Superintendent and his crew did an outstanding job on replacing the roof and decking areas that had rot. It was all done in a day, clean up was excellent and Ricardo came out and did another inspection of the roof and one more time clean up of the site. Outstanding customer service and exceeded my expectations.

They were the first ones that I actually called. They didn't do too well, that is why I had to call you guys. The quality was not too good. He was punctual. Someone who took a look upstairs and he sat on the thing and broke it. It was the door for the attic. When he came up there he moved a piece of board out and he sat on it and it cracked. He said okay its no big deal. It is the insulation with the hot air you don't want it to destroy the instillation. It is the think that you go up into the attic the panel. It was a piece of drywall.

Out standing service, every they as promised. On time, excellent service + follow up.

Westfall was recommended by a friend at work. Called and Mike returned my call promptly and scheduled an estimate around my busy schedule. Work was completed very quickly (1 day) and when I nitpicked, someone came right out and made it right.

Great! My project was set up with all sorts of problems. The roof pitched into the neighbors yard. I had a watering system in the ground so supplies were difficult to put on site. Decorative plants all around the home. Westfall was able to overcome all problems perfectly! Fast, friendly, all done in one day! Note, there were several other roofs done on my street by others. One house already has leaks. Another house, an owner has to repaint the racing stripes revealed when that contractor cheated on smaller flashing. Another took so long there was concerns of rain! Beware, "You get what you pay for...." This company's first class!

Outstanding...only vendor who quoted on job who actually got out of their truck, climbed up on the roof and did a thorough inspection

The team showed up 20 minutes early (7:10 am) and worked straight thru until 8 pm and completed the roof in one day. Covered the pool and all plants surrounding the house. They did an excellent job.

Bill was extremely detailed, honest and communicative. He seemed to really care about the best steps for us to move forward, both long and short term, safely and economically.
