Westfall Roofing

From start to finish this company was professional. The salesmen Manny to the installers they were great. Any concerns were were satisfied. Did a nice job of cleaning up. Onl,y thing was preparing the property, I had to remind them to cover my bushes and one day my a/c unit outside. After completion the owners son was here is answer any last question I had.

They did a great job in a very efficient manner. The roof was replaced in 1 and 1/2 days. They cleaned up after the job and left our home just like it was before the job was done plus a new roof. They were very polite and courteous.

It started with a small delay. Roof work began 3 days later than the initial start date. They crew that took off the old shingles, set the dry in, and replaced bad facia did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything, and worked very hard. They completed their portion of the roof work in a day in a half. Then the wait began for the metal to be installed. I would be told to expect the metal in a few days, and then that didn't happen. i was given another date and then that didn't happen. After multiple communications I finally got the metal delivered, then another delay due to the county not signing off on the roof, and the weather. It took 4 weeks to complete my roof. The metal installation crew was as excellent as the first crew. They worked very hard, and the new roof is perfect, workmanship very skilled, and I love my new roof.

Better then expected - I have a daycare in my home and it was going to take 2 days to complete because we had 2 layers of roof to be removed and more then average wood to be replace ... they brought in a larger crew and completed the job in 1 day ... great cleanup and everyone was extra careful to keep the pathway to the door cleared ... did not disturb the kids at all. Dealing with Eric was a pleasure getting everything set up! Compared to the other 2 companies that came out Erik & Westfall was the shinning star above the others ...would use them again in a heartbeat !!!

I was most impressed with the install staff and how well they worked together. It was like watching poetry in motion. All in All quality from start to finish. I will be recommending to all my friends and associates to use Westfall.

We are concerned about the repair and wanted them to come out to verify that the leak was fixed. I sent an email and we called them, they did not respond. We also had a problem with another area of the roof that we were going to have them fix. Since they did not call back on the original concern, we are hiring a different roofer for the new repair.

They waited to the last minute to cancel the preset appointment and tried to move the date for a week later.

Great company, extremely responsive and professional. Salesman, Manny was amazing. Office staff were pleasant and always returned my calls promptly. Cleanup was great. I can't say enough good about them. I highly recommend them.

I called several times from several different phones and each time they said they could not hear me. The problem must be on their end but it sure felt like it was deliberate. Maybe the gal was too busy or maybe they don't want to spend time with repairs, only new roofs but don't want to come out and say that.

Good job but the extreme heat slowed the removal of the original tile roof.

Sent an email to have someone look at our roof with has a leak. I got a quick response and an appointment was set up. The employee came on time, took a couple of pictures, and a quick look outside. I didnt know off the top of my head how old the roof was, but was assured that it could be looked up with the quick click of a button. I was expecting to get quotes on a repair and/or replacement. Instead I never got a response again from this company. I guess they didnt need our business or just werent interested. I even sent a followup email thanking them for coming out and attached a picture showing how the roof looked right after it rained, but never got a follow up to that either.

The service was excellent! I have dealt with 3 roofing companies in my life time and Westfall was the only one I will give an excellent rating all the way from Jeff, Catlin and the crew.

I called several roofing companies in the Tampa area to fix a roof leak that we had. The company that had repaired the roof prior to us buying the house offered no assistance and never came back to follow up on their initial survey. The area causing the problem was a valley and this company had previously attempted to fix the issue (with the previous owner) by putting concrete in the valley from top to bottom. Even I, with limited knowledge gathered on the internet, know that roof leaks are from underlayment issues and putting concrete on top of tile achieves nothing. Maybe that was why they never returned to provide a bid as they knew that they had not done the job properly in the past. Other companies that I called either never showed up to look at the problem or came out but never followed up to provide an estimate. After two months of searching, I finally found Westfall roofing. Within a few days they had sent out someone who was able to quickly identify the problem as a leak from the valley and provided an estimate for repair on the same day. Within two weeks the roof was repaired by a professional and efficient crew. No more dripping water in the house. I would strongly recommend Westfall roofing for a roof leak repair.

It went very well. They had an opening and were able to replace the roof within 3 days. They called on a Tuesday to see if we were able to start Wednesday. They delivered material Tuesday afternoon, started work on Wednesday. Insulated the roof and finished the waterproofing on Thursday, and cleaned up and were out by Friday afternoon at 5pm. Workers were very professional and cleaned up every night before leaving our house. Our Sales Coordinator, Eric Dawson, was very professional and answered all our questions before the job, and came back after the work was done to inspect and make sure that we were completely satisfied with the work.
