Description of Work: This was a full install requiring replacement of 40 wooden roof panels, 2 sky lights, and all eaves. They also had to remove 2 layers of shingles. The owner of the company came out to talk with us before the job stayed. The workers were here promptly at 8 am. This company also did my son's roof. Great people! Highly recommended.

Description of Work: They did a complete re-roof of my 1924 bungalow. From the initial contact, through the entire time of the job, they were professional, concientious, and thorough. They cleand the site every day, which was an unexpected but very nice part of the experience.

Description of Work: Westfall Roofing did a complete re-roof of my house (aprox 3100 sqft) which overall went excellent. Bottom line, I've never dealt with such a professional, straight-up, customer oriented contractor in all the work I have had contracted across the US. They came out the same week I contacted them for an estimate and despite a slight mix up between the office scheduler and the estimator on time, I was able to get all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Their price was comparable to other quotes, but I warn to watch for others as they'll "low ball," by leaving out the quality materials necessary in Florida to do the job right and then quote them as options bringing the price right in line with Westfall. Others quoted about half the price, but these were the guy in the pick-up truck that you had to wonder if they would be around if anything happened. Me personally, I pay for the whole package which includes the company behind the product. The job was done professionally with the work site kept clean and except for the noise on the roof, we didn't even know contractors were around the house. Unfortunately I was surprised by a couple of days delay between tear off and installation with no crew working, but Mr. Westfall himself took the time on a Saturday to stop by and explain the situation and inspect the job. In summary, a local family business that puts customers first at all costs without cutting corners.

Description of Work: Inspector did show up on time and inspected the roof. Gave me a verbal quote on cost for roof replacement. I asked him to email me a quote in writing and he agreed to do that. After one week, I still did not receive the quote so I called the inspector and he apologized and promised to email the quote as soon as he got back to the office. He again failed to follow through and I ended up going with another contractor to reroof my house.

Description of Work: Provider nailed down some lose shingles and sealed around the chimney. He predicted the roof wouldn't last more than a few months without leaking. I later hired an inspector for my homeowners insurance, who predicted the life of the roof to be 4 plus years. I'm not sure of the date of the provider's visit.

Description of Work: They came out and inspected my roof, finding some problems around the roof vent. A few days after the inspection, a rain revealed the roof still had some leak problems, so another technician came back out and confirmed the problem was the roof vent. Ryan contacted me a few days later and offered to write up a bid to fully fix the problem, which he never sent to me. While I appreciate their following up after the initial inspection, I was disappointed by the lack of follow through from the company when I had asked for an estimate.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List special roof inspection and tune up for $99. An associate inspected my roof and promised to tune up a few minor issues at a later date since it was raining the day of the inspection. The associate told me that I didn't require a roof replacement for another couple years, but would provide a replacement quote withing a few days. After hearing nothing for a week I called Westfall for the status of the follow on appointment to tune up my roof and the estimate which was to be emailed. The person who answered the phone promised to have the associate return my call for coordination. A month later I called again since for a follow up and the person answereing the phone advised me that the associate no longer worked at Wesfall, but another contractor would call. That was a week ago and I am still waiting for a call. Don't waste your time with these folks. They are collectively unorganized, don't understand work verification and customer satisfaction. So I paid $99 for a free roofing estimate that I never even received and a roof tune up that was never performed after calling twice. Unsatisfactory.

Description of Work: They reroofed an addition to the house to stop it from leaking. We've had a couple of hard rains since with no leaks.
