+ -1 moreWe gave Joe a deposit of $8,000. Before he stated the job my husband decided he could not live with the price of $10 per sq ft so I told Joe the very next day we would like the deposit back. He wrote us a check for $7,145 stating he had to stop product from shipping and that karndeen charged him almost $900 and that he wasn't responsible for that. We are sick to our stomach about this. We have 4 kids and are going to have to cut corners to finish our kitchen reno.

+ -1 moreThey work like a bull in a China shop, they are just moving furniture and other things not most careful. If anything would've gone wrong with this job, well it did, I know there are two sides in every story and there were some mysteries in occasions. The installer came out and the job was alright in first glance, but right now I have a threshold that has half an inch depth between my window that you can see down at the concrete. it's just a very less than mediocre job, my husband has to do all the trimmings because we couldn't get them for a schedule to get back here, then the owner went talking to my husband when we requested for an invoice and for some receipt, he just said that don't f*** with me! I know where you live! He apologized a couple of weeks later for his unprofessional language. We pay him for everything we owed him, we don't owe him a thing and we don't want them back in our house. I know other people that have used him and have done extremely happy with the job, maybe we just settled really bad experience and we had a really bad experience.
Description of Work: I used WEDGEWOOD FLOOR COVERING to remove and replace hardwood floor for me.

+ -1 moreArrived each day at the time they said they would. Completed job when they said they would. Were very friendly. Returned several days later to see if we were satisfied.
Description of Work: Removed carpeting from 3 upstairs bedrooms, landing, and stairs. Replaced carpeting with hardwood flooring. Moved and returned furniture to proper areas once rooms were completed.

+ -1 moreJOE WINTER SUGGESTED THAT WE DID NOT NEED TO BE SANDED AS FLOORS WERE IN RELATIVELY GOOD CONDITION. THEY CALLED FREQUENTLY, SHOWED UP ON TIME, DID AN EXCELLENT WORK. THE FLOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL. I APPRECIATE THAT HE DID NOT SELL ME SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT NEED AND THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN 2-3 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Description of Work: Carpeted the entire upstairs in home. Met wth the owner who was very knowledgable, he picked out exactly what I was looking for. The carpet looks beautiful! They even lifted all the furniture out and returned it after they were done. Very skilled and professional!
