I decided to use them because their sales were good; their salesman was good and very helpful and they were willing to do a bit extra.

They seemed very nice and professional, but we ended up going elsewhere. We got 4 bids and these guys were my second choice.

Most of the hurricane rated windows are about the same product. For us, the deciding factor was a french door that Weather Tite didn't offer for the same price as another company.

Two of the windows were custom sized; the other two estimates that I received were unable to provide double hung windows so that's one of the reasons that I went with Weather Tite. Another reason was installation. I liked the fact that WT didn't use outside contractors for installation therefore, the company retains accountability for future issues. Installation went off without a hitch. They were punctual and professional.

I would absolutely use Weather Tite Windows again.

Everything went well. The price was good, workmanship was great, and I was very pleased with the project.

Arrived on time for initial appointment. It took about 8 weeks to get the windows in primarily due to the holidays. Installers were skilled and had great attention to detail. They left the rooms clean. I received 4 quotes and they were lower than average. Quality of windows are very good. They arranged and scheduled the inspection. Overall very happy.

They did a great job. We love the doors. They slide "like butter." We did have some issues with one set of screens (they did not slide properly and fell off the tracks). WeatherTite replaced the screens. They really stand behind the products they sell and that is extremely important - especially given that they are glass sliding doors. Under the "no business is perfect" column, they told us a certain date for delivery and the doors actually arrived about a month later. I never received a phone call letting me know that the doors would be late; I had to call them. I was more annoyed about not getting the heads up than the actual delay; I gave them that feedback and they were very apologetic. All in all, I would highly recommend them. We have been living with these doors for almost a year now and just love them!

Installers were on time and very professional. They cleaned up after installiation an upon completion they explained the job and the product to us. The salesman was to arrive with the installers but never saw him. I had asked for estimate on doors but have not heard. Would recommend for window replacement.

Their sales rep. was here when he said he would be and the person who took the actual measurements for the installation called for an appt. to come out within 48 hours of our placing the order. They estimated 4-6 weeks as these would be replacement windows and door for a condo built in 1982. Everything happened within the time frame they estimated. They called to set up the appointment for installation several weeks in advance and arrived when they said they would. These windows and doors had to come up in an elevator -not a freight elevator-and was very difficult and time comsuming. Our HOA had no complaints about the way the materials were brought up and the old materials taken out for disposal. We own rental property and have been through several renovations. My husband was pleased with the work the installers did and with the quality of the materials. The installation took two days and each time they left, everything was orderly. There was a minor issue with one of the windows and the installer came by the same day he was called to take care of it. We got price quotes from other companies and chose to go with Weathertite because their prices were competitive and other people in our building had them replace their windows and sliders and were happy with the results. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The contractor showed up on time and had the work complete in one day. The windows were installed with very little damage / no damage to the exterior and interior stucco walls of the condo. These people really know how to do this and it shows from the many comments we have received from our neighbors. Stan Keppel [our salesman] came by the day after the install to check on the work and the office also called to see if there were any problems or questions. I would recommend this company for the quality of the window and install.

They did it all in one day. I was disappointed with the door. I thought it would come painted before it came. They painted it while it was on the hinges. That paint job was not satisfactory. They came back out with a new door and had some one else paint it. It was done better but still not great.

They were prompt in booking an appointment and came out. There was a very professional and knowledgeable salesman who came out. I had a conversation with him. It turned out that in my particular situation, they couldn?t supply the right dimensions for the type of windows that I was looking for. That?s the reason why I didn?t go with them. I would certainly try them based on everything that I saw. If they had the right product for me, then it looks like it?s a quality company. I don?t know that for a fact since I never used them but I certainly recommend them or at least have them out for a quote. I was surprised that they considered the type of window that I wanted as non standard. I had other windows that I wanted them to quote on that they could handle but I want one person to do the whole package. So I am not sure if I am going to use their services again. However, that?s not going to stop me from telling my friends or calling them to see if they can help them.

They were fine and very professional. They came out and gave us an estimate first. After ordering new windows we called them up. They took out the old window and installed the new one. Since they cleaned up after themselves there was no mess. They did what they said they were going to do. I am very happy with the quality of the Simonton windows. It?s great.

Salesperson came out and gave one price quote to replace a few windows. Then he gave another discount price quote (almost half price) if I signed contract immediately even though I told him I wanted to get another price quote. Pressure from him to sign right then, and also he said it would be inconvenient for him to come back when I was ready to sign the contract. Makes me wonder what real price of windows should be. Another salesperson from a different company came this past Friday. He was well-informed on different window options and there was no pressure for me to sign a contract. He will send me a quote on Monday. I have one more company scheduled this week and then I will make a decision on whether to replace a few windows or all of my windows.

Michael Hollander with Weathertite came to the house to do the estimate. The price seemed very reasonable. We decided to go with his company. He gave us detailed information on how long it would take, who would be calling about each step, & who to contact with questions. Everything happened as he said it would. The installers were on time & very professional. They needed to replace wood in the frame that had rotted & add the bolts for our hurricane shutters. This was done at no additional charge. Any windows that we replace in the next 4 years will get the same pricing & discounts that were in effect for this window. I intend to do the rest of my house during this time, and I have already recommended them to my neighbor.

I had a new front door installed on my home. The workers from this group were very prompt and professional, and they were very clean in their work. I was very satisfied.

I had new windows installed throughout my home. I was able to get the best kind of windows, and the workmen who installed them were very neat and professional. They made sure to clean up everything when they were done. I was very pleased with their work.
