Description of Work: I had a leak repaired in a pipe connected to a water faucet behind an exterior wall of my house. As a result, I needed some minor stucco work done. I called Wayne and left a message to which he returned my call within a couple hours. I told him what I needed, sent him pictures, and he immediately gave me a quote of $100 via text. When I tried texting him and calling him back to set up a time, I never heard from him again. If he didn't have time for such a small job, he should have just told me. I will never bother Wayne again. I absolutely have zero tolerance for people/businesses who do not have the common courtesy to return phone calls especially after giving a quote and, seemingly, wanting the job. I ended up hiring Baycraft Restoration at $195, but they did return my call and they were out to repair it the day after I called them.

+ -1 moreThey were punctual and completed the work as promised. I was concerned about stucco droppings on the painted porch slabs but they did a good job protecting the existing work. The stucco work itself was very good. I would definitely use Wayne again.
Description of Work: Wayne stuccoed the concrete block entrance gate and six (6) porch concrete columns.

+ -1 moreWayne and I had several disconnects some were my fault and some were his. He promised to repair the Stucco on Saturday but didn't show or call. I left a message and he returned my call and said that he had a job that took longer than expected. He promised to have my job complete on Sunday but didn't show or call to reschedule. I had given him $85 earnest money to guarantee that the work would be completed appropriately. He never came to the house on Sunday either nor did he call to let me know he had a difficulty. He arrived on Monday Morning and completed the Job. He needs some organizational skills but his technique is excellent.
Description of Work: A stucco facade had released over time above the garage door and fallen on the ground. The loose stucco was removed replaced and repainted to match. Very pretty.

+ -1 moreWayne was great! He was referred to us by Polson Paint who is also one of or the best painting group we've ever worked with. Wayne made what I think was a difficult job and made it look easy! My Wife and I wanted to add new stone accents to our house all around our windows to give it cottage feel. Wayne not only understood my vision but took it to a prefect level. Wayne had the knowledge and ability to do my accents in stone but suggested to me foam if my pocket book was an issue. I was nervous but Wayne said when he was done he could make it look and feel like stone with a much lower cost. The final product was perfect! Thank you Wayne!
Description of Work: Repaired Stucco side walls and remodeled outside of House with new window accents both on top and the window ledge.

+ -1 moreWayne came out, gave us a prompt estimate, and returned the next day to sand down badly repaired stucco cracks my spouse and I had tried to do ourselves, patched and matched the finish on the house, so that we were able to have a house painter start painting within days. We had been afraid that we might have to pay to have the whole house restuccoed. We were satisfied with what he did and thought the price was fair. I would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Sanding down poorly repaired attempts at stucco repairs by my spouse and myself, filling cracks and holes, matching the finish on the house's stucco prior to our having the house painted by someone else we had already hired, not realizing that the stucco needed more repair than just painting would provide.

+ -1 moreWayne offered to come out on a Sunday (since we both work during the week, that was really helpful) to look at the job and draw up a proposal. Received the proposal within 2-3 days with a reasonable price for the scope of work involved. It took Wayne's crew several days to complete this work. The end result was a highly professional job that drew positive comments from many of our neighbors. Would definitely work with him again.
Description of Work: We contacted Wayne to remove wood siding on the front of our house that had begun to rot with stucco and stone veneer.

+ 0 moreWayne's stucco did great!!!! Wayne said this is what he does best and he did not disappoint! Wayne transomed the house from a boring model house into a completely custom looking house. All areas of repair match perfect with the pattern of stucco (very difficult to do based on my research of other contractors). Wayne is a up and coming contractor who is a diamond in the rough! People should not hold off from hiring him now.. Soon Wayne will be more well known and his demand will rise and so will his price. Wayne is a very skilled stucco artist.
Description of Work: Wayne's stucco was highly recommended by Don from Polson Painting. I asked Wayne's Stucco to create new facade's all around my windows, doors, garage, and main arch ways. My house is one of those houses that is just like every other house in the neighborhood (basic model) and I asked Wayne to create something that will make my house stand out and look great. I also had wayne repair a few stucco areas on the house and grind down old concrete accents already on the house. I wanted all areas where he repaired and smoothed out to look like a perfect match with my current stucco pattern.
