landline phone service
+ -1 moreI called them and cancelled our service which meant that I had to send all of their product back. I sent the product back. They kept sending us a bill for $85 for the usage of their equipment. I went to get the tracking number and confirmed that it was sent and they confirmed my zero balance. Now, I am being contacted by a credit agency that is claiming I still owe the $85. When I tried to contact Verizon they said that they needed a month to look into the issue.
Description of Work: I had a landline phone for 6 hours but i couldn't hear through the static.
