Terrible. No communication as to why the cable was not installed on the scheduled install date, nor why the installation was not complete. Called different times and got different answers from different people. Had to cancel their services out of frustration. I later found that the city of Oldsmar needs a permit for them to work on ground cable in which Verizon did get a permit, but did not bother coming to my home to tell me there was a basketball hoop in the way of where they needed to get access on the street of my neighbors. If there was proper communication, this could have been resolved easily. But instead I had to call Verizon because the work crew out did not bother to contact me to let me know what was going on.

On April 1st a tech came to install cable only to inform me that cables were never dropped by frontier....even the tech was not told this, nor did they ever contact me in regards to it. It was Saturday so the tech said i would have to wait until Monday. I had cancelled my Direct TV on April 1st assuming everything was going to go as planned. Monday April 3rd comes around and customer service (which are Not local by the way) informs me that a permit is needed to dig in my city, yet the local Frontier did not bother to inform me of this. I contacted customer service 2 other times that week and they assured me cables were going to be dropped on Friday April 7th. The cables were never dropped again and i was about to cancel service when customer service got a hold of the local team saying they had gotten the permit and were going to dig on Monday the 10th and was going to make sure our family was taken care of and the rep was case noting everything. Monday comes and again...nothing is done and i again call customer service to see why the cables have not been dropped, and they say the local team is awaiting on a permit. I told customer service that when i called on Friday, they said they had the permit and were digging on Monday. This time the customer service rep claims he didnt see any notes from Friday. At this time i cancelled my order as my family has been without cable since April 1st and the local team 1. Never contacted us directly, 2. Never told us of an issue with a permit......i will never, Ever use this company nor would recommend from the treatment i recieved as a new customer

I pay $140 for the bundle. It is the cheapest I can get and that is probably one thing that irritates me because I can't get anything less. We don't have many to choose from here. We are really kind of stuck with two choices and so it doesn't leave much room for negotiation. The quality is good, I don't have many problems. I don't have any one else to compare them to. I have not had anybody else other Verizon. I am not unhappy with what I have. My only complaint is not being able to get a price lower than what I pay and yet, new people can get a package deal for two years for $80 and I can't get that. For punctuality, they always give you a window between x and y.

I work from home and I am on my computer all day long. I use Fios because, that is what the IT guy told me to get. I was limited on what I could get. I don't have a landline. It's been a good experience. I got it because of the speed. They have excellent service, the guy came out when he was supposed too, and he did a good job. This is about the only thing that I can have. I think it is expensive. I think it is very good quality and I get a great response. I kept messing up the remote, I would call them and they would walk me through it. Then I figured out if I unplug the power box it would reset itself. I don't know why they didn't just tell me that? They were great.

I had numerous problems with this utility company.I was on the phone for three hours wasting time, because each department did not know what they were doing. Their boxes are terrible and you are lucky to have them for two months. They have been promising a new box for a very long time to fix these problems. Every time you call for a repair, you get the message telling you that they are extremely busy and it will take hours to get in touch with them. Then, they do not know what they are doing. Furthermore, you can never reach a supervisor to fix these problems. It is like they do not care. Their internet service is good, but their TV service is terrible. They claim to have wonderful service, however they are the worst.
Description of Work: I called their technical support after I had trouble adding a channel, which I should have access to.

The can get connected to the internet pretty fast. I have a good package for the TV but I don’t have movie channels. I chose them because I wanted the speed of Fios. Other companies have slower speed. I would definitely use them in the future as my internet provider and not for the TV or telephone.

I have had a lot of problems with them. Their service was very poor. They charged me for stuff that they had not installed. When I cancelled them out they charged me a cancellation fee since I still had 30 days to renew with them. They told me I had till the 1st to do it though. I drove out to their office to turn in the equipment. They billed me and stated that it was late but I know I cancelled before that date. They were very unresponsive in dealing with me. Their customer service was not very good. I will never use them again.

Their television boxes are the worst, I am on my 21st box in two years. Every time you call, they are always busy and you are put on hold for a long period of time. Old Motorola boxes, and these can only record two programs at a time. The internet is phenominal.
