Description of Work: VERY DISSASTIFIED. CALLED TWO WEEKS AGO TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR MAY 29, 2001 AT 9:00 AM. RECEIVED A PHONE CALL AROUND 10:00 INFORMING THAT THEY WOULD BE THERE WHEN THEY FINSIHED WITH THE FIRST CUSTOMER. RECEIVED ANOTHER PHONE CALL AROUND 12:00 TELLING ME THAT THEIR TRUCK BROKE DOWN AND WOULD BE THERE FIRST THING NEXT MORNING. DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL 12:30 WITH NO PHONE CALLS AND NO APLOGIZES. VERY DISSASIFIED. MY TIME IS MORE VALUABLE THAN THAT!

Description of Work: The most horrific experience Ive ever had. The first time they didnt show at all. Today they were supposed to be here at 9:30 or 10 and they didnt show up until noon. They didnt even move chairs or wastepaper baskets. It was a nightmare.

Description of Work: They not only cleaned our carpet beautifully,, they restretched it, getting rid of wrinkles. They did good work, the carpet looks wonderful. And if the wrinkles do come back, they fix it again! I recommend them.

Description of Work: They not only cleaned our carpet, they restretched it, getting rid of wrinkles. They did good work, the carpet looks wonderful. And if the wrinkles do come back, they fix it again! I recommend them.

Description of Work: They told me the carpet would be dry in 3-4 hours but it wasn't. They should have told me to turn on my AC. They also gouged my bedroom wall with a piece of furniture. I called and they told me to get it fixed and they would refund me for the cost.

Description of Work: They died 2000 sq feet of carpet and did a good job. The price was half of what another company quoted. The only problem was that they splashed dye all over my freshly painted walls.
