Wonderful company and terrific service. They were responsive and extremely professional. Chris came and thoroughly cleaned the vent, explained all that he was doing each step of the way. After cleaning the vent from inside the house and replacing the connection hose from the dryer to the vent, he then went up on the roof to make sure that the airflow was adequate and that the damper flap was working properly. He was on time, extremely professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use this company again and will definitely recommend them to others.

This was a follow-up visit. Originally Mike came in late December 2012 to do a dryer vent service (approximately $100). He cleaned the vent. Following some roof repairs, Mike from VentSmart came back at no cost. He inspected the new roof vent, repaired the dryer vent connections and cleaned the vent again. He was fast, courteous and cleaned up his work area.

We called them out to a condo of ours and they worked really well with our tenant to set up a day and time that worked for her. Our tenant says they did a great job and the dryer has never worked so well.

Was able to schedule an appointment for the vent cleaning within 2 days of my call. The technician called on the way to the house to pinpoint exact arrival time (this is always an appreciated practice). Cleaning service went flawlessly. I've used this company for past cleanings and continue to be impressed with their professionalism, promptness and neatness. Will continue to use and recommend this company. They are good at what they do.

Everything went fine from start to finish. Representative was excellent and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and performed his job professionally and timely!

From the initial call to the arrival of the service tech I am very happy with the way the problem was resolved. The vent was totally clogged and is approx 20 long through the roof. Steve was clean, fast and friendly. They came on Sunday without a special extra charge. Would definitely use them again.

The appointment was easily scheduled for the day after I called. Chris was prompt and did a thorough cleaning of my very clogged dryer vent. He recommended changing the vent hose to a newer and, more importantly, safer style. He was friendly and efficient, and I felt he did a very thorough job cleaning not only the vent, but also the area in and around the dryer. I will definitely be using them on a regular annual basis to keep the vent clean and hazard-free!

Making an appointment was quick and easy. I had to cancel once, and there was no problem. Wayne was courteous, pleasant and professional. Onsite, Mike was prompt, professional, and did a great job. Mike was very courteous and personable. He was here promptly, and was most professional. He pointed out that the connection piece between the dryer and the vent was the type that is not recommended due to flammability, so he replaced it with metal parts. He was very efficient, clean, and did a wonderful job. We will call him each year for our regular service. The person who previously had been cleaning the dryer vent had never asked us to look at the questionable piece, nor mentioned it as not being safe. It was in the house with the dryer when we purchased the house, and honestly, we had never looked at it closely before. Mike may have saved us from having a fire, and we appreciate his thorough inspection.

Chris came to our house on a Saturday since it was vital that we get the dryer vent cleaned or replacedasap as our washer and dryer were being delivered the following week. We knew the existing vent materialwas damaged and would have to be repaired or replaced. Chris did the work in a very professional mannerand kept us informed during the entire project. It was necessary for Chris to crawl under the house to firstlocate the existing vent(there was no outside exhaust pipe on the side of the house). Once located it wasdetermined that the materials were torn and not usable. Chris replaced the system with hard vent materialsand installed an outside exhaust flap. I am extremely pleased with the work performed by Chris and willutilize this company again when it is time to have the system cleaned. Overall, great job Chris!!!

CHRIS called us about 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived within 5 minutes of the time promised. He quickly got down to business and cleared the bottom portion of the vent ( interior of Home ) and I was amazed how much debris continued to come out. ( we have been in house 12 years and replaced dryer 7 years ago.) the coonection to the wall was kinked and so a lot of lint hadn't even made it to the wall. After clearing bottom, Chris went to the roof to push debris from top down. The vent on roof had screen that was choked full of lint, and as he cleared downward more debris came out. All the time he was vacuuming debris so to keep my interior space as clean as possible. After an hour the line was clear and all the hoses and such buttoned up. In the 3 weeks since dryer usage has been halfed and I am seeing some lint on exterior of roof, NOT clogged in the wall. Thanks CHRIS.

You can be confident that this company and its representatives are very knowledgable. The service is fairly priced. There were no hidden costs or charges. The dryer is working much better after service. We will be using VentSmart for annual service!

They were very personable, neat and clean. Everything went great and the service was 110%. I highly recommend them.

Made an appointment online at the VentSmart website and got a call back on my cell phone within 20 minutes. We made a Saturday appointment for 10:30, but the repairman called a couple of times to let me know that he was running late due to a morning job that took longer than he expected. He called a final time when he was 20 minutes away and finally arrived about 11:45am. The repairman, Chris, took a look at my dryer vent (which had never been cleaned in the last 13 years) and immediately went to work. He also recommended that I replace the dryer vent coupler that goes from the dryer to the wall as it had gotten bent and was no longer secured to dryer. He had one on his truck and told me how much it would cost and that installation of it would be $20. I thought the installation charge was a bit overpriced, but told him to go ahead and do it. After about an hour of roto-brushing the ventilation system and vacuuming out the lint, he was finished. He also cleaned up behind the dryer and the washer as well as outside where lint had fallen on the ground. Once he had finished he recommended that I have the dryer vent cleaned once a year to maintain the function of the dryer and to reduce the possibility of a fire caused by a blocked vent system. Now, loads of clothes or towels that used to take 80 minutes easily dry in 20-30 minutes. Laundry doesn't take all day anymore! Woohoo!

They were prompt and did a good job. The guy who did the work was efficient and got the job done. He fixed the piece that I didn't even know was broken at an additional charge, but it was fine as it was needed to be done.

We recently moved and upon disconnecting my dryer for the move, I noticed lent build-up so I decided to have the vent checked in the house we were moving into. Chris started by checking the vent on the roof and measuring the the air flow. He came down and noted a .2 rating on his device. He then noted that the connect hose was a not the proper type. I told him that we had received a samll settlement claim check from a class action lawsuit against Lowes because the wrong hose had been installed. He then began the processs of cleaning and scrubbing the dryer duct that went from the laundry room to the roof. I was amazed at the quantity of lent an debris that Chris continued to pull out of the vent. After about 45 minutes he reached the roof and the vent was clear. He installed the new recommended dryer hose and cleaned out the dryer. He then went back onto the roof and measured the airflow at 14.5. Overall, I would recommend having your dryer duct checked and cleaned. Looking back, we should have had it checked in our old house because the drying time is much shorter than we have been used to.

They were fine. They were prompt and everything. I thought they were a little bit pricey. They did have to do some more roof work and get the dryer duct put in, but it is working fine now. I would recommend them to others.

Our dryer was taking about 3 hours to dry clothes and was getting SUPER hot on the top. By hot, I mean that you couldn't touch the top of the dryer without burning your hand. It finally dawned on me that our rental house probably hadn't had the dryer duct cleaned out ever. I looked in the phone book for a dryer duct cleaning company and called one in Brandon, FL (NOT VENTSMART!). They seemed unorganized and unprofessional on the phone so I called another company which was Ventsmart. I spoke with Wayne, the owner, and he was extremely professional and set up my appointment for the next day which was a Saturday. I was very surprised since I figured Saturday would be a busy day and I would have to wait. This scared me a little because I thought that maybe they were free because they didn't have any customers. I am so glad that I decided to have them come!!! Mike came to my house at the exact time he was supposed to. He was extremely professional and nice and explained to me everything he was going to do. He showed me the amount of lint that came out of my dryer duct and I was amazed. After he was done, he cleaned everything up so it looked like he wasn't even there. The service and professionalism that this company provides cannot be beat!! I have also realized that their price is very reasonable. My dryer now dries clothes in 40 minutes on medium heat instead of 3 hours on high heat. I'm saving money like crazy!!! I have recommended this company to some family members and they raved about their experiences as well. :)
