carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreToday, March 13, 2013, I went to this cleaners with photocopies of the receipt for the purchase of the new dress, along with a photocopy of the dress. I also had copies of the dry cleaners' receipt showing that two items were turned in for cleaning. I thought these items might've helped the company locate my dress. It turned out that the proof was not needed. As soon as I walked in the door, the clerk brought out my dress. Her explanation for the mix-up was that the item was identified as a blouse on the receipt. I pointed out that I had tried to correct that misconception to no avail. In sum, I'm glad to get my dress back, but I'm still unhappy about the brusque, accusatory way (i.e., I was called "confused" when I first complained) I was treated. I will not use this company again.
Description of Work: A lost dress was finally located at this dry cleaners.

Description of Work: Clothes were not ready on the day they promised they would be. The store was supposed to be open at 7 am but did not open till 7:10 am , took them 10 minutes to find my clothes. I would not go back there .

+ 0 moreThey seem to do excellent work in carpet cleaning. Their work is superior in laundry cleaning too. They are very friendly people and their price is reasonable.
