+ 1 moreConsumer beware when purchasing and speaking with anyone who works for this company. They are all liars who just want to take your money and not provide customer service. We have been waiting for our door order for over 2 1/2 months and we still haven’t received our order. With each person my husband or myself have spoken to they have all lied by telling us that the product will ship in a day or two of speaking with them but every time no tracking info was sent and our order never ships. I have to call and stay on hold for over 40 mins each time to get the run around and be lied to and be told another lie. I have never ever dealt with a more illegitimate company and incompetent sales team. If you want to be met with lies on a weekly basis choose this company but if you want a company with customer service skills and competence don’t waste your time with this place. If I could give a 0 star or negative number rating I would. Especially the guy I spoke with today Conner was his name. Beware when speaking to him you will be met with lies and nothing else. Sad to think someone like him would be working with customers and not even know how to deal with basic customer service skills.

+ -1 moreSupplied me with a iron entry door. Door came 3 months late. When it finally arrived it was wrong. The owner was quick to assist in correcting the problem and also compensated for my troubles. Due to his good business sense I would use them again.
