 + 0 moreJadon could not figure out how to recover the seat sndback of the chair. He commuted to five completion dates over that many weeks and met none with of them. I suggested he return my chair parts and money on the 3rd visit but he was sure he could do the work. After posting my story on local media and contacting his girlfriend as listed on Facebook, he agreed to return my parts and money, but when I went to his place at the designated meeting time, my chair parts were outside and Jason would not answer his door. He communicated with me by text until he blocked me after the missed 5th date. He never told me my chair wasn't ready on any of the commited dates so I drove there every time, expecting my chair to be done. The photo here is the original chair; the seat and back were removed and given to this provider to simplify the job.
Description of Work: Needed a set of dining room chairs reupholstered. Owner Jason Fullwood gave me an estimate and we agreed he would complete one for my approval.
