Deborah came to the house with samples and ready to measure. She spent a lot of time with me going over samples and options, I needed guidence. I needed window treatments for 3 bedrooms, living room, dinning room and family room. I select 3.5" plantation shutters for 4 rooms, woven blinds with black out (who knew) and 2" wood horizontal blinds for family. Measurements were taken and a few days later the measurements were rechecked for accuracy, windows are never square. Dates and times were set up for install and done as expected.
