They did what supposed to do in a timely manner they did not delayed they were good in their job.

I am very disappointed. I thought it would be a good company to have come every 2 weeks. I liked Mario the first time I met him. The reviews were good. The first time they came they were much later in the day than I expected them..the employees seemed tired, unfriendly, and rushed..the work was just okay (I had to ask them to do some common things they overlooked) I guess that should have been a red flag but I paid a lot extra because I felt bad that they seemed tired and I thought Mario was very nice and I appreciated he got me in his schedule quickly but most of all I felt he understood my situation that I needed him again regularly on the same day in two weeks. However nstead I have found them unreliable when they did not show up on that 2nd day or respond to my text a few days before the scheduled cutting day or when I called them the day after and they said they would return my call in 30 minutes to try to schedule me in but did not. When I called again and talked to Mario he was not very nice and said "if I didn't have confidence in him then I should get someone else" and hung up on me. I was so shocked I was very hurt by that and I am very surprised at such unprofessionalism and poor customer service. It is my first time hiring a lawn care company and now I am very sad that someone can be so rude. I am retired and not in a good situation to afford losing time or money. I am so very disappointed. Guess I keep cutting my own yard. 😢
