 + -1 moreI really appreciated that he answered the phone promptly and referred me to a mechanic that came out right away and completed the repairs.
Description of Work: I called Scott to see if he did any repairs. He said no, but referred me to his mechanic who called me within 30 minutes and came by within an hour.

 + -1 moreRECENTLY BOUGHT HOME WITH POOL AND PREVIOUS OWNERS QUIT MAINTAINING POOL. NEED TO HAVE IT BROUGHT BACK TO SWIM CONDITION. CALLED HIM BASED ON THIS LIST AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. HE CAME DAY AFTER CALL AND ONCE HERE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT HE DID NOT SERVICE SAND FILTERS BUT COULD SELL ME A NEW FILTER IF I WANTED HIM TO SERVICE THE POOL. ALSO STATED THAT HE COULD NOT START ON THIS UNTIL NEXT WEEK. THEN GOT A $700 QUOTE FOR NEW POOL FILTER. SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED WHAT TYPE OF WORK HE WOULD NOT DO UP FRONT RATHER THAN TRY TO UPSELL ME WHEN HE GOT HERE. HMMMM MAYBE SHOULD NOT HAVE MENTIONED I WAS FROM 'UP NORTH'
