We have had no problems whatsoever. Anytime that we need them, they will come right away for service. They are very professional and the quality is very good.

They made a difficult problem seem easy!

Everything went well. The technician was very thorough. We have almost no bugs now. What we do find are dead and may come in from outside.

They seem to have done a good job on what they. I have no complaints.

We have had a contract with them since 2006. Their representative is extremely service-oriented and helpful. He works to diagnose the problem. The office is great and they provide good customer service. They are very nice business people.

I have a monthly fee which is about $60 a month. They just provided some new service and so the fee is going to change. I got the best deal when I started the service contract with them. You can even transfer it to a new owner if you sell your house which I like. They have been good. The last treatment was pretty expensive. I would use their services in the future too.

Service was fine - they showed up when they said they would. I just didn't see a decent difference in my yard & found a different service that comes monthly & is only little more than what I was paying for every other month.

They took care of our ant problem, and I am thankful for that. We signed a contract for them to come out periodically to protect us from the outside. In general, they would knock down any spider webs and I assume they would spray the lawn. We would still have the occasional ant, but nothing too troublesome. The primary problem I had was their final visit. Typically, they would call ahead of time to let us know they were coming out... or to ask if we needed them to come out. However, we got home from work one day and saw a bill on our door. It was an unexpected expense and so it was annoying they came out without prior warning. I decided to go ahead and cancel our services. No major problems since then.

It was not the most positive experience. He was late, they forgot about my appointment, and he was lazy as he did not want to go up in my attic, as he just kind of peeked up there.

Two inspectors from Truly Nolen arrived as promised and made a quick but thorough inspection of the home on which we have a pending contract for any evidence of termite or other insect damage. They were extremely pleasant and efficient, providing their written report at the end of the inspection. I have not used them for pest control on a regular basis, but would certainly consider it in the future.

They have been very good and responsive. We use them for 2 different locations. When we have a problem they come right out. They re-treat them or they boost the treatment in certain areas for pest. Other than the house and lawn they treat ornamental trees. we have had good lawn care and pest control

They are punctual and responsive. Their pricing is competitive.

COMPARABLE TO A NATIONAL FIRM SUCH AS TERMINEX, BUT LOCALLY RUN & OWNED. PEST/CONTROL FRIENDLY. COST IS BY YEAR.

THE TECHNICIAN DOING THE QUARTERLY SPRAYING CAME WITHOUT CONFIRMATION THAT I WOULD BE HOME TO LET HIM IN FOR INTERIOR SPRAYING WHEN I WAS OUT OF TOWN BECAUSE OF A FAMILY EMERGENCY. THE TECHNICIAN CAME ANYWAY, SPRAYED THE YARD, AND CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR AN INTERIOR/EXTERIOR TREATMENT. THIS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR WAS ACTUALLY REPEATED THE NEXT QUARTER. WHEN THE YEAR LONG CONTRACT FOR MONITORING THE TERMITE BAIT STATIONS WAS UP AND I DECIDED NOT TO PAY ANOTHER $575 TO HAVE THEM COME CHECK THE EMPTY BAIT STATIONS ONCE A MONTH, THEY ACTUALLY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO MY HOUSE WHILE I WASN'T HOME TO RIP THE 15 TERMITE BAIT STATIONS I HAD PAID MORE THAN A THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR OUT OF THE GROUND. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY AGAIN.

I HAD GOOD SERVICE FOR A YEAR. WHEN I TRIED TO GET SOME ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS I COULD NOT GET THEM TO RETURN MY CALLS. A SERVICE I REQUESTED WAS NEVER PERFORMED. THE MANAGER KEPT

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT THEY FINISHED THE JOB AUG 2ND BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY HOUSE KEY FROM THEM
