Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Tampa, Florida

Every time they said everything was sealed someone new would come back and find another spot they had not previously sealed. In the meantime the rats ate air conditioning pipe insulation, which in turn caused leaks in the ceiling. Their negligence (staff turnover was remarkably bad) caused the damage and they refuse to pay for the repairs despite repeated conversations with them over two year period. Don't waste your time or money with them - go elsewhere - they are not "true" to their word.

Will and Richard called approximately 1/2 hour before arriving. Richard did the outside and Will did the inside. Will dusted all the outlets and in all cabinets. Also dusted the attic. Richard did the outside. Wiped down spider webs, wasp nest and sprayed around the house. Will is the actual service tech that will be coming to my house. He seemed to be well trained and worked and a reasonable pace. He also explained that after the initial service that Truly Nolen does a two week follow up which we were able to schedule immediately. As of now I think Truly Nolen will do a good job.

Always punctual, courteous, efficient and extremely personable. He comes on a bi-monthly basis year round. I would highly recommend this company for the service they provide to us.

We heard scratching in our unfinished attic. Their technician noticed critter feces in the insulation. He then performed an incredibly thorough inspection of the house to see where they might gain access. They sealed all the possible entry points, including a very hard to find one big enough to let a raccoon in! The raccoon ran out of the attic while he was closing up the hole! Very professional job and highly recommended.

I have quarterly pest control with TN. Also have had then tent my house and had ground treatment for two types of termites. I also had them install blown-in insulation. I've not done price comparisons because I have been so pleased.

They did everything listed. I have been a customer for many years and if I ever have a problem, they will take care of it.

They're fantastic. I love them. They don't bother us when they come, our automatic payment comes right out of our account so we don't have to worry about making a payment to them on time. They've been around for a long time and they seem to give us the best quote for pest control in our area. We pay a $37 a month and they come out and do regular sprays quarterly and twice a year they do something else. They will walk around the entire perimeter of the house and spray any kind of nests, they take down spider webs and they lay a barrier around the outside of the home. Whatever they are doing it works for us.

I have a regular, annual maintenance plan with Truly Nolen. They are always professional, on time, and great about communicating when they will be coming to service the house. They go above and beyond the call of duty, when necessary, by sweeping off cobwebs and cleaning outside areas as needed to get the best results. I have been very happy with Truly Nolen for years.

I don't want to answer all these questions. I pay annually on 3 contracts, so I don't know what to estimate about a particular call. How can I answer that? I've used them for years and will continue to. They are not inexpensive, but I think it's worth it.

For the most part, I was completely pleased with their service. They were responsive in the sense that they would come out as needed; however, on their regularly scheduled quarterly service, they weren't always easy to accommodate my work schedule and therefore the inside servicing was rarely completely on schedule. The staff and service technicians were always very pleasant and professional. I would recommend Truly Nolen for anyone looking for a pest control service.

They removed two mattresses and two box springs from house to back of house and sprayed them with a fine mist they then totally sprayed both bedrooms and adjoining bath rooms with a fine mist. They sprayed family room Love seat and sofa and around all baseboards and doors in house.. Within two hours we brought mattresses and box springs back into bedrooms. They did this once a week for a month. One mattress and box spring was unrecoverable and had to be replaced. We have not had any bugs since. THe only negative with this company is employee turnover is constant and in a year have never seen same person twice. They either pay to little or have very poor working conditions and need to improve there employee relations. I have not had any problems other then ants and I had 4 different trucks and four employees here at once. This included two supervisors. The other two employees were new and they were here 21/2 hours being shown how to so;ve the problem. It took four trips to get rid of ants and they were only successful when supervisors showed employees what to do. Still give company A for effort and results but wish they could hang on to there employees.

We have used them for two houses for the last seven years and we have been very pleased with them. We have seen evidence of termites in the past and they have came right out to take care of everything needed. The technicians that come out show their ID and they are very courteous and they clean up after themselves. We would highly recommend them, the service is excellent.

The service has been excellent. The quality and professionalism are great. They talked to me over the phone and looked up a certain bug that I mentioned at one point. The girls in the office are very knowledgeable. We have used them for three or four years. We had a rat problem initially and they sealed off the whole house and got rid of them. They did this when they were not even on contract. I had just had my daughter at that time and it was a great relief for them to come and take care of that.

I think the service is expensive but they do a great job. We have used their service for years. They provide excellent quality. They do the chemicals on the exterior and they do not have to do interior service as that takes care of both, I really like that part of the service. They should have a customer loyalty program.

They did let me know one time that I was mowing the lawn too short. They are always clean and professional. When I had originally contacted them the estimate that they gave was right in line with two other companies. I have used them around two years and they even resolved a flea issue quickly in the past as well. Each representative has been respectful and courteous when coming to my home. I have recommended them to other people.

They offer suggestions on how to keep the insects out of your home and they have proposed putting insulation in the attic to keep the insects out as well. They will always call before they come to my home and they show up promptly after that, they have never been late.
