The Salesman "PJ" was also so thorough explaining the contract. | |Our first two termite treatments were by tenting our home completed by another company. This is our first experience with the treatment of chemicals into our walls.

Description of Work: Everything went well. The technician had to drill holes into my home around the entire perimeter and treat for subterranean termites. Other than being a time consuming and loud process, everything seems to have gone well.

Description of Work: Last year when we realized we had an issue with the frame behind our stucco, our contractors found extensive damage from temites and a leak. When we called Truly Nolen to come see the termite damage, and to discuss their warranty, we were told that since the couldn't find live infestation that the warranty did not apply. We have had a contract in place for 13 years, they have treated our home multiple times, how can they prove that the damage did not happen while under contract? We've paid thousands of dollars thinking we were protected by their million dollar warranty only to find out that it doesn't really exist.

Description of Work: First the rodent entry point was located and sealed. The rodent contaminated insulation was removed and the attic decontaminated. Thehen the wood structural framework was protected for termites and new insulation installed at a greater depth than the 40 year old insulation. Followup visits were made to insure rodents had been eliminated and they had. Termite control, interior and exterior was treated. The crews were on time, professional and friendly. We are very happy with the work.
