On 1/19/23, a Tri-S technician showed up to my residence to spray while I was not home. It was an extremely windy day, gusting up 24 MPH during his service. Less than 12 hours later I discovered every single one of my koi fish and several lawn frogs, swollen and bloated. Dead. Spraying deadly herbicides and pesticides in high winds is dangerous and ILLEGAL. In watching back our ring cam footage, the wind was SO STRONG, the service not only defied product guidelines, it defied common sense. It will cost me thousands to drain my pond, scrub it of the poisons, replace filters etc – which does not even speak to the heartbreak of losing our family Koi, which had names and were 10+ years old. When we are ready to replace the Koi, that too will be costly. Rather than apologize and cover the damages, owner Ben Sciortino has initially offered to only partially cover the costs, and only in exchange for us signing a release which absolves Tri-S Pest from liability. It’s insulting. Who haggles over the costs of the death of a family pet, especially when the negligence is so demonstrable? The Sciortino family, that’s who.

I have a great, great, great fertilizer lawn treatment company. They are amazing. I just hired them about 2 cycles ago, my grass was in bad shape, and it is SO much better. Amazing. I use them for my yard, but they spray my yard for bugs, fertilizing, weed killing and everything. Overall they are 100% A. Their price is reasonable. They are very competitive. Quality is A for sure. Professionalism is definitely an A. I am going to keep with them. My yard within 2 cycles is lush and green and beautiful.

I am extremely impressed with them. It's a small family run business. These people learn their customers' names. They are actually less than chem Lawn is with the senior discount.

Tri-S has serviced our tubes-in-the-wall for more than 10 years. Our house has been consistently pest free and the one time we did have a problem, they came out quickly and for no additional charge.

Tri S was great! It was amazing service and a great product. They came to my house on time and they were very polite and very knowledgeable. They worked with me on what needed to be treated in my home and on my lawn. The bugs are gone and my lawn looks great. It is very hard these days to find a good, honest and ethical company to do business with. Tri S exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely use them again and again.

I didn't like them. I got rid of them. It's nothing that they did, it was just that the service didn't answer my problem. You get what you pay for. I didn't have a problem with them. It was just that their service didn't work as well as I expected. They polite when they came and they did everything they were supposed to do. But, I don't want bugs in the house. They asked if they were dead or alive and I said dead. They said "well, it's working." I said I don't want any. I didn't have them with another company that I used. It is just a different level of control.
Description of Work: We used the pest control services of Tri-S Pest Control. They put bait behind the light switches and that kind of stuff. They just do that once a year.

We would recommend them. Their service was pretty good. I had a mole in my yard and he came out when I called. There was nothing they can do but they recommended what to use to get rid of it because they wouldn't kill it. When I called about the mole, they came right out.

They come every 3 months. They took care of ant problem in the house. They do a 3 month maintenance routine. On time and professional. Quick service, about 10 minutes.

I don’t remember how much they charged for their services. They were very prompt. They were on time and very polite. They were very professional. They were pretty competitive in terms of price. Their quality and responsiveness were very good. They were right on time. Their professionalism was very good as well. I will use them again in the future.

The experience goes very well. They people we have had come out over the years are very accommodating and will adjust their schedules. They always alleviate the problem and are very thorough. When ever they enter the house they put booties on over their shoes so they don't track in any dirt.

They were absolutely terrible. They didn’t even do their job. We watched them several times. They didn’t come with their truck. I didn’t even see them when they were walking around the house. They wrote down on their report that they spent 15 minutes, but they weren’t even really there. I watched them personally and even my son pointed it out once when he was at home. I was here for two occasions. Both the times, they wrote down on their report that they were here for at least 15 minutes. I told them that I was watching out of the window and I told them that the guy didn’t even enter my property. We still have termites even though we used them for termite control. Then we called them and we even had samples. Nobody came out for three days to pick up the samples that we had kept at the door. Then they told us that they weren't termites, but were ants. A year later, they said the same thing. So, I looked it up and told them that they were termites. We went with another company and gave them a sample too. Then Tri-S Pest Control Service called us to tell us that they were termites. I would never call them again because they were really bad. We switched to another company about a couple of months ago. Tri-S Pest Control Service charged us about $69 for the last service.

Lousy company. We had them for Pest control for a few years. Last year my son called me noticing the service guy, but he only spent about 5 minutes for the pest control. I called and they said his report log stated he spent 15 minutes. I was at home on two occasions and the very recent, where I didn't even see him doing ANYTHING. At the same time we had bugs over night in the bathroom again - just like last year. I suspected termites and we were able to save a few. Then we called and were told somebody would pick up the sample the very same day and we should leave them by the door. When we got home in the evening they were not picked up. The next day we called again. The third day somebody came. Then we had to call them to find out what these bugs were after 3 more days!!! They told us they were just ants and they sprayed once more. Well, a year goes by and here we go again...same bug....This time someone comes out right away - unbelievable. He looks at the samples and confirms that they were termites!!!! I was so mad!! Then they called stating a little later they would not do termite treatments and refered us to someone else.....Strange!!! When we started service with them they treated the entire house for termites and it was supposed to last forever.

Their service is excellent and I never had a problem. If I do have a problem in between, then they come back and provide service for no charge. Tri-S Pest Control is a very good company. My husband and I have dealt with them for many years.

They use the same people so you get to know them well. They are professional and they always ring the bell and ask if you have noticed any areas of concern in your home. They always show up and their rates are reasonable. If you call them with a problem, they come right away. Their response is really good.
