Thought he was coming out to give me an estimate but he just went and replaced the hose bib. Then he gave me the bill for $220. He was outside for about 15 minutes. I asked him if he was kidding and on the bill he had put $290. but gave me a discount of $70. Wrote him the check and now as a senior woman feel like I was taken advantage of.

I called the day after Christmas at about 9:00 am, I was able to schedule an appointment easily and the two men showed up as promised. After diagnosing the potential problem and quoting me a price, they got to work. The blockage turned out to be more extensive, but the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time. They demonstrated the now proper toliet flushing at the access pipe outside the house and explained why I had the issue. The price paid was what was quoted at the beginning. I am very satisfied with the company.

had outside faucet replaced after "know-it -all" home-owner screwed it up. the plumber immediately recognized what the problem was and set about making the repair. It was an emergency as water was was being discharged from the damaged area with such force that it was necessary to turn the water off from the street. The plumber ( I wish i could remember his name, (and I could not read his signature.} however for the sake of identification the "Task No. was "b797 ( or was that jo797 ?? ) I would definitely call 'Total Plumbing Solutions" again, in fact, they are now our "go to" plumbers, They responded to my emergency at record speed (45 minutes), The Plumber was professional, courteous, respectful, neat. and fast.

Mandee in their office and Tommy at my home were both very professional in working with me. Mandee was very responsive in her communications, and Tommy did a great job both in estimating the project and actually doing the plumbing work. I especially appreciate Tommy taking the time to answer my questions and explain things to me.

Cass plumbing did a great job. My kitchen sink backed up and they were able to snake the drain. They were able to come out the same day I called them which was awesome. They also cleaned up the area in which the work was performed. I would definitely use them again.

Chris came right on schedule after a phone call to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem after doing some digging and investigative research. After a little while of that he quickly resolved our issue and cleaned up. Very cool and nice guy. I would definitely use their services again.

They came out when they said they would and charged the price agreed upon. They gave some bad advice on the water temp; which I found out when I had to have them back out to replace an element 6 months later. They did charge $100 to change the placement from a shelf in the garage to the floor. This was because the extra copper to extend the pipes down. To find out later that the pipes ran up behind the wall and I could have saved that $100, but that's as much my fault as theirs. The tech recommended keeping the WH at 120 degrees, but the other tech that came out to troubleshoot and replace an element said that it should be at 140 to kill bacteria that will build up in the lines. Overall, the guys knew what they were doing and were professional and friendly. I would hope again.

Great. they came out cleaned the pipes all the way out to the sewer line, added a clean out on other sie of house. And they were quick it was awesome.

They did a very good job. Original installation did not perform ideally. They returned immediately and rectified the situation at no addition cost.

Very helpful and responsive service. Installer was competent and cordial, Job was completed quickly.

The gentleman located the leak. He had to cut some roots, replaced the compromised pipes. His work was clean.

Initial problem was a clogged shower drain. Even though I was able to get the shower to drain on my own after some concerted plunger use I wanted a more thorough pipe inspection. The plumber used a 50 foot commercial snake to ensure a clean pipe out to the sewer connection. He also detected a burr in the pipe that may have been snagging debris and worked the snake to smooth the pipe. He further confirmed that there was no root intrusion in the pipe. The plumber was courteous in calling to say he was running late and showed just 20 minutes after the scheduled time.

I had a old cast iron pipe leaking inside of an exterior wall of my kitchen. Instead of busting open the outside wall they ran a new drain line inside the back of a lazy susan corner cabinet and the sink cabinet saving a lot of time and money. I really appreciated the constant communication from scheduling the diagnosis through the appointment to fix the pipe. They do excellent work and will call them for any other plumbing needs in the future.

It went well. It took them two days and they got it all done. I also like how they were able to adjust and follow my request. For example, i wanted ALL of the pipes inside the wall and no pipes outside the house. They followed my request and did a great job. Also, the new shower valved that I ordered did not come in time. They did the repiping work then sent someone the next week to finish the job and did not charge me any extra. One last point. I shopped around a bit and they gave me the best price. They also installed pex which is what I wanted.

They responded right away then came out for free estimate. We agreed then they came within couple of days for the actual work. The tech was very professional and explained everything. They cleaned after the work was done.

I had the pleasure of hiring Chris with Total Plumbing soln. I had a slow leak in my water heater that needed replacement and decided to turn to angies List. I interviewed several outfits and went with Total Plumbing. Chris was very polite, very clean and punctual. Hi pricing was more than fair plus he replaced my previous unit with a water heater with a 10 year warranty, (commercial grade) which was better than any one else offered. He will be getting more business from me and my friends. Ps if you see this message, Chris, you forgot to leave me some cards to distribute to my neighbors!!

I was called an hour before the job was scheduled because the wrong water heater was delivered to them and the tech. had to go get the correct one from the warehouse. There was a moderate upcharge due to the location of the water heater, nonetheless, the price was less than the price I had been quoted from 3 other plumbers. He was very thorough and fast in the work. The area was so clean when he left, that if I didn't SEE the new water heater I would swear that he'd never even been there! I will certainly hire Total Plumbing again!

They're top notch. They are the best. I would call them for anything. We don't use anybody else. They are the best.

Everything need was there and they did a nice job connecting to the water line and putting in a separate shut off valve.

I spoke to Aaron on the phone and he gave me some info. about the co. and a rough est. I called a few other places and then called back for an appt. They were able to come the next morning. Chris showed up around 1/2 hour late, but at least he called before the appointment and let me know that he was running late. He got right to work, but it seemed it was a tough clog because he was here about an hour. He wrote up the invoice quickly which was the quote minus the AL discount. I haven't had any issues. The price seemed high, since a few years ago I was only paying $85/hr for plumbing. Maybe prices have increased that much. Chris was professional and courteous.
