We had a tub that we (90 & 92) year old's could not step out of, Top Notch Remodelers was there to help with their Top Notch work, and professionalism!

The team at Top Notch was great. After the initial order, I was informed weekly where my surround was in the process and when it could be installed. Drake arrived at 9 am on the dot every day and worked tirelessly to remove and install the new shower surround. It looks great and I love it!

Excellent job. They did 2 showers for us and made sure the work was up to my expectations. Kenny was such a hard worker. Thank you Kenny. Jimmy came in did exxellent work too. Their helper Noah was so friendly and kept us fully informed on everything they were doing. Great team work. You have a great team Jason.

Jason and his team at Top Notch are great. We replaced an existing tub/shower with a walk-in shower. The team communicated often, from delivery of materials to post-install follow up, always timely, and worked with city-required inspection/permitting to provide a good remodeling experience. Installers were courteous and limited impact on household during remodeling. I would highly recommend Top Notch for their services.

The men that they sent out to do the work were great. The did an excellent job. The only issue we had was the salesman that did the initial review and estimating miss measured the ceiling panel and told us the side trim should reach to a door jamb next to the shower. But when the installer arrived, we were told that the ceiling panel would not fit, and the side panel only went 2" around the corner and the drywall would have to be finished the rest of the way to the door jamb. The owner reimbursed us for the ceiling panel. Shower looks great we had excellent service.

Top Notch converted our tub into a walk in shower. The finished product is outstanding. It is exactly as we wanted and promised. However the personal touch and professionalism that the owner demands from his employees is what sets them apart from others. Everyone involved showed concern for our project and worked together to make it happen. Absolute joy from beginning to end.

From the time we met with Jerry the salesman, and discussed our project, we knew we were in for a treat. He spent as long as we needed to select our patterns, styles and have the work explained in detail. In a timely manner, Top Notch delivered a finished project down to the smallest detail. Exactly as promised! We were regularly apprised of what to expect and when to expect it. This is outstanding consideration for the client and their anxiety at beginning a large project. Everyone at Top Notch, from the owner to the crew, is warm, courteous, professional and concerned. We knew we were in good hands. Tyler and Lucas were gentlemanly and courteous in that they made sure every step of the way we were happy with the work they were doing. They are truly an asset to the company. Their manners and professionalism should be a benchmark for the industry. We had two bathroom showers replaced. One involved removing a tub with surround the other a shower surround. This is a mobile home, there were several surprises behind the surround and under the floor. This didn't even create a bump in the road for Tyler and Lucas. They saw the problem, knew what to do, went and purchased the parts then continued with their work. Never a grumble. I was taking photos all along to document the progress. They graciously stepped aside to accommodate me. I only wish they did other work because I have found the rare company that cares and wants to deliver to make sure the client is satisfied. I will recommend them to the heavens! In under three days, both of our wretched, outdated shower/baths have been transformed to beautiful and up to date showers. No longer will I be embarrassed, now I show them off! They even did a little extra here and there because they know these things and I never would have thought of it. Who could ask for more? Thank you, Donna, Jerry, Jason, Tyler, Lucas and Jimmy for restoring my faith in excellence, integrity and hard work. You are all the best!!

We are very satisfied with the work and professionalism of this company. The job took longer that it supposed to, but it was due to shipping supplies and the coronavirus. Overall we are very satisfied.

I ll start off by saying that this entire process has been amazing from start to finish. My first touch point with anyone at Top Notch was with Ms. Donna. She welcomed me to Top Notch as a potential client, setting up time for Addison and Lewis to come out to my home and tell me about the product and the services they provide. On the day of the consultation, Addison and Lewis showed up on time, were super personable and kind, and spent more time than I expected considering it was a late (6pm) appointment for them. The two of them took turns going through who they are, what they do, why they do it, and how they do it. They spent time telling me about the vision of their company and why it meant so much to so many. As a daughter of a military veteran and a healthcare provider, their mission and vision really tugged at me and made me all the more interested in the work that they would ultimately be doing in my home. The products they showed and the length to which they went to show me how the product would look in the remodel space really reaffirmed what I already knew - I was definitely going to hire them to handle this project that was so very near and dear to me and my family. I went into a contract with the company and picked out beautiful products to go into my home. Both Addison and Lewis were very good with each detail including that of a timeline and what I could expect. After signing and shaking hands, the gentleman made a call to the owner, Jason, who asked about my experience from start to finish and thanked me for trusting his team to come in and do this work. Impressed is an understatement. Professional. Kind. Genuine. As promised, Ms. Donna reached out regularly to keep me abreast of progress, assuring me that we were on track for the timeline of 8 weeks to delivery and installation. She was always kind and informative. Fast forward to delivery and install. First, the product came in weeks ahead of schedule and so they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. I called the morning of the scheduled install because that is just who I am. I must have caught them before they opened as no one answered and I did not leave a message. As soon as I hung up, I received a text saying that they apologized that they missed my call and that they would be in touch. Not even 2 minutes after that, the owner Jason called saying they see they missed my call and want to know how they can be assistance. Again - IMPRESSED! Anywho - Ernesto and Lucas were my peeps and OMG they were amazing! Punctual, kind, knowledgeable, considerate, AWESOME. They worked diligently taking care to keep the noise down by closing the bathroom door as I worked. Their communication and attention to detail was top notch. Their willingness to have me check out the progress was reassuring. And the finished product?! Oh I could not have ever imagined. I am in awe. And I am oh so thankful. They did amazing work, asked for my approval on it, AND cleaned up behind themselves - 5 Star Service. If I had to do this all over again, I would - again and again. This company is truly TOP NOTCH! Definitely recommend and will be doing some referrals of my own to friends and family!
