At this point we have only worked with the sales end. We are waiting for the work to be done and at that point we will be happy to submit another review regarding the actual work. Vinny did a wonder job he from the beginning to the end without taking break and kept us inform of the project. We had additional things we wanted done Jason did the work it with no question ask. He made sure we were completely satisfied. After the work was done he follow up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction . He exceed our expatiation.

Top Notch Remodelers did an amazing job with our bathroom. Jason gave us recommendations and viable options for the design of our bathroom. They completed the job within the time they promised. The installers for the tiles, shower,the glass doors did an awesome job. We had a leakage in our ceiling due to the water seeping from the bathroom shower, Jason recommended the right plumber as well a good person to get the dry wall job done. If we ever had to do a bathroom job again we would definitely go with Jason.

This company was very professional. I had met with 2 other companies to get estimates and am so glad I went with Top Notch. The installer showed up on time and completely cleaned up after himself. He installed a new shower enclosure in one day and it looks beautiful. I had a great experience also working with the owner to pick out my options. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

THIS WAS THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD HIRING A CONTRACTOR!!! Jason is truly from another world. the attention to detail and customer service that he gave my family was foreign to us. I've worked with companies who did a good job and tried to have some level of customer service, but this guy goes WAAAY above what the standard is. We hired them to remove our old clawfoot tub and install what I refer to as a "sexy adult shower". The price he gave me was originally over my budget, but he worked with me to figure out a way to get what I wanted for the price I could pay. He was also involved with the process every step of the way, regularly doing surprise drop ins on his workers to make sure things were going top notch! He was always available if I needed to speak to him about something and just a fantastic person to work with. Me and my wife were so at ease the entire time, and we are forsure going to be repeat clients when we need more work on our bathroom done!

I hired Top Notch to replace a small shower in my house and they did a great job, so I hired them again to remove a tub and replace it with a shower and it turned out great. The installer Jason worked hard and did an awesome job. He did the job in one day which was much faster than I thought. He cleaned up every thing and left the house as if he had never been there except a beautifully done shower, I would definitely recommend Top Notch to anyone who is planning to do a bathroom project they will not disappoint,they are neat, complete and very professional.

I requested a quote on Saturday night October 2, 2020. On Sunday afternoon I had already gotten a very nice call from Donna. I called Donna on Monday afternoon and was immediately impressed with her company and their pro -customer mindset. Today a representative Addison came to my house. He was so professional and presented his company and products well! I decided to go with them for my shower upgrade. He connected me to his boss/owner Jason to welcome me to his company and that they would clearly meet my deadline and make my shower beautiful! I feel like part of their team already and for the first time I donâ  t have buyerâ  s remorse! I know I am going to get a stellar shower! So if you are needing a shower or bathroom revamp. Donna and Jason were awesome. Donna kept us informed before during and at completion of project. Jason worked out a deal we were comfortable with. Ken the installer was awesome. He did everything neat and orderly. He was great with our German Shepard's. The overall experience was unbelievable. The shower looks awesome and it fits my handicap needs. Everyone at Top Notch is just that, TOP NOTCH! Jason was very clear about everything. He worked with me to meet the needs of my project. He was so flexible and kind. He wants to make it work for the customer, and everything was clear even when my project had major changes. He came to my place to discuss next steps; he was at my place in less than an hour when there was some of that 1980s "special" plumbing (my words!) that altered the project. Beautiful work and very transparent business. I cannot speak highly enough of Jason, Donna and Vinny!

Jason was one of 8 companies that came out to assess the master bath shower in a 13-year-old home I purchased. He was the only honest professional in the bunch. Everyone else wanted to rip out the entire shower and make a major project out of it for a lot of money. Jason said the only real functional issue was the shower stall glass and frame. He said I should not be paying him for unnecessary work unless I wanted to totally remodel the shower and tile that was external to the bathtub. He thought about the problem, not immediately about what he could sell me. He called a glass company himself, described the situation and got me a very economical quote to replace that part of the shower stall. Clearly he is an expert that does high quality work. He has the customer's best interest as his major concern. If I decide at some time to replace the tub/external shower combo with a walk-in shower Jason is the ONLY remodeler I would contact.

I was on a time schedule because my 91 year old mother was moving in with me. Top Notch removed the bathtub and installed a nice shower in record time and Mom can now safely shower. Jason was so professional and friendly. will recommend this company to friends.

We talked to multiple places before deciding to go with top notch. The reason they stood out to us was simply Jason. He was personable, professional and made us feel like we weren't just another job. He cared about what we wanted and the best way to get there without breaking the bank. The project was Top Notch. They remodeled our master (shower) bathroom. The owner, Jason was easy to work with an answered all our questions, not high pressured like other companies I got quotes from. Donna always called and let us know the status of our project step by step. VInny, the installer, was on time and cleaned up after his work.
