This is a pre-review. Work is not done yet but as far as the company keeping you informed, they are wonderful. The company is owned by a military family and product is USA made. The salesman, Joey, was not pushy, offered suggestions if we couldn't decide and very professional and friendly. Once decision was made, Joey let owner know and he called us to welcome us to their family. Customer service goes above and beyond. They keep you informed every step of the way. Once project is finished, I will write another review. But whether you choose to use this company or someone else, at least give them the opportunity to come show you what they have. My bet is you'll hire them. More later after project is completed.

We are very please with the work that Top Notch did we have some hiccups no faults on of their own along the way but Jason the owner he was on top of everything he takes pride of his works, the gentlemen that works for him and his business they are really Top Notch in our book. Recenthy I had a shower remodel job done by Jason owner of TOP NOTCH REMODELS CO. The name of the company represents him and company very well. They came to my home and completed the job in a little more than 1 day. Their installer Vinnie is real professional and his workmanship and manner represents the company well, also clean-up and removal of debris was exceptionally done. I would give Top Notch Remodelrs a 5.0 score rating.

Very professional. They answered all of my questions. They kept me updated throughout the project.

Beginning with Donna that scheduled my initial appointment, Addison the Design Consultant, Jason the owner and Danny the installer, all of my contacts with Top Notch were professional and pleasant. Danny was respectful of my schedule when removing the old tub and shower and installing my new walk-in shower. He was very conscientious about ensuring that drop cloths were in place and cleaning up after. Tyler the Project Manager made a visit both days and Jason spoke to me when the installation was complete to ensure that I was satisfied. This was my first project on my own and I could not have asked for a more pleasant, professional company. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or to contract with them on another project.

Install new shower. Very quick start to finished in two days. Vince and Jason was very professional. Quality of service is impeccable. Will use again on my next home.

Professional staff, reliable, arrive on time every day, excellent communication between workers and household members. Polite and helpful with design and aftercare matters. Tyler remodeled our Master Bath and it is beautiful! Looks like a magazine ad. Will definitely hire them again for our next home project.

During the pandemic in 2020 I think the prices should have been reduced even more

Replaced shower. Top Notch was great, they came on time and job was completed in 2 days. The installer neat, efficient, quiet and left my bathroom and premises immaculate. They were very pleasant to work with. Jason(owner) personally checked on the work done. He also helped us find a company to restore a window in our shower.

Jason and his crew were very professional and did a great job! Every team member showed up at the stated time, followed covid safety protocols and our new shower and flooring is gorgeous! We wanted some very specific items (shower jets, certain type of shower chair and glass barn-style door), and Jason worked hard to find and install the bathroom we hoped for. Highly recommend!

Was a great experience I was very happy to have a new shower. They took my tub out and made a beautiful walk in shower. No problems from start to finish.

The shower was an odd size, the owner and salesman took extra time and extra pictures to double and triple check. This made the installation go that mutch easier. When in doubt triple check this made the final product that much better. Just Beautiful !!!!!

Love my new shower. Top-Notch was awesome. They worked with me on price and financing. The technician was friendly and efficient and completed the job as promised. UPDATE 05/05/2021 Finishing seals messy.

Professional. Took great care not to damage walls in my home while they removed my bathtub and also while bringing in necessary materials. They did a beautiful job installing a shower for me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. The owner is a veteran and that was important to me and my husband. The owner did all he could to make our bath install a great experience. Job was complete in three days which was awesome
