First and foremost, the customer service is truly Top Notch, which helps put you at ease during any type of home renovation. The company owner (Jason) wants to make sure that you're happy and I most certainly am! He even stop by during the renovation to ensure that I was. Danny the installer was hard-working, efficient and professional. Needless to say, that the end result was absolutely beautiful! I love my new shower and all the beautiful Moen fixtures. Top Notch Remodelers installed a beautiful shower stall for me, and it is Top Notch. They did an amazing job - it is absolutely beautiful. It looks like it is real marble. All of the staff are very friendly, in addition to being very knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this company! I do not usually write reviews, but this company is exceptional. The shower stall is the perfect addition to my new home renovation. It has all the extra touches - 2 shelves, seat, grab bars, beautiful frame around my window. The colors match my floors perfectly (they were not installed when I ordered the shower.) Everyone who has seen it, loves it. I will post a photo, if the site will let me.

Very professional craftsman (Danny) did fabulous work. The set up, demolition, installation and clean up was flawless! I would hire Janson and his crew any time! The owner Jason, even came by to inspect the job! Addison the sales rep was not pushy and we felt comfortable with is approach and recommendations.

They were very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Responsive when we called, and completed the job in the allotted time. We were unable to be here due to a death in the family, and were able to trust that the work was completed and no issues with our home.

Jimmy installed the shower and was absolutely amazing every question or concerns I had were taken right away, from the sale to the finishing was A1. I highly recommend Top Notch Remodeling.

All are professionals from Mr. Addison of sales, installation departments as well as the owner. Expectations were met per sales. Time frame for materials to days required for completion. Excellent technician, Mr. J. Ward responsible for teardown, reinforcement and installation was steady worker gainfully employed with concern for everyones safety. Excellent service. Great experience from the start. They installed new acrylic wall panels in shower & installed new tub. Donna in the office has been a pleasure. Communication has been good from everyone at the company. Addison our sales rep was very friendly, personable & had a no pressure sales approach. I liked how he called the owner the day we signed the contract to welcome us as new customers. Our project took a little longer due to permit issues in Clearwater but I was kept in the loop through the process. Our installer worked hard & did a good job. He was on time every day, friendly & cleaned up after his work was done. Jason the owner came to inspect the job & found a small issue that needs to be fixed and so the job isnâ t quite finished but Iâ m told it will be soon. I would recommend this company. I like that they are veteran owned.

Two days and almost done had some touch up work. They did a great job.

The owner went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. They worked with my desired payment amount and after signing the contract, the receptionist (Donna) was always kind and followed up regularly. There were minor issues that needed to be revisited after construction. The owner wasted no time responding to my calls and addressing issues quickly and professionally. They even helped fixed some minor issues in 2 other bathrooms that they werenâ t even there to look at (Free of charge)! I recommend them HANDS DOWN. They definitely live up to their name, they are â top notch,â and second to none!

They were fast , efficient, and professional we had our tub and shower replaced it only took them two days the finished work was beautiful. The two guys that did the job were respectful. The salesman was informative. The lady in the office Donna was polite as well as the owner who worked with us to get to the price that we could afford. I couldnâ t say more good things about them other than the fact that they lived up to their name Top Notch.

This is a 5-star company - 100% but I am not sure about value for the money: Not gonna lie - It was expensive. I do not do a lot of hiring for home remodeling. I throw some fresh paint on the walls, new stuff on the windows maybe, and I have redone my floors twice in the 17 years I have lived in my house. I was not expecting to pay what I did HOWEVER, I had another couple of quotes from other companies and this was lower than the others. Besides, what do I know?! This company is SO service-driven. The owner was involved from the beginning. The staff that I met and worked with were knowledgeable and helpful. Donna was the one who set it all up and everything from her southern bell accent to her ability to walk me through all of my initial and then later questions was refreshing. It was clear that the other reps I spoke to were in a call center. Top-Notch has a personal touch and I like working with smaller companies so this was a perk for sure. Addison was the guy who came out for the **big sell**. Surprisingly, no pressure. Just informative. He gave me the facts like the materials, process, cost, and options for payment. But he was also fun to talk to and reminded me of a few family members. He and the owner go way back - same with Donna and I like that too. Again - this is a no-pressure sale. I feel like that is really important to mention again. Vinny was my installer and he went above and beyond. The guy did not take a break. Like, did not eat lunch or drink any water. I even left him a cup with his name on a sticky note next to the water jug. Nothing. Superhuman WHAT?! He was done with the job within 8 hours. Kept me informed about any issues, things that might need my attention... all that. Then the owner, Jason. My install was on Thursday and fixtures had been shipped to my house but had not arrived. Jason texted me to let me know what was going on and to just let him know when the stuff was there. In typical fashion, the shipment did not make it till about 8:30 pm on Friday evening but we texted throughout the day with check-ins. This is the owner of the company. I am not sure, but I am thinking that is not all that common. Anyway, he came on Monday to finish up and the end result is stunning. I seriously wish I had taken before pictures but I am not sure I would EVER share them anyway. So overall - if you are looking for a great local company to work with, I suggest at least calling Donna and have her schedule Addison for a visit. I am so happy with my new shower! It is beautiful!

Very efficient and hard-working and delightful employees. They would not even stop for lunch. At the end of the day, the work and clean-up were exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

Team Danny worked extremely hard on removing the old tub, and replacing it with a shower. Then wrapped a window in the shower which looks better than expected. They then wrapped the entire rest of this small bathroom (flamingo pink tiles) with beautiful matching walls and trim. I'm so pleased with their work ethic, their demeanor and they truly seem happy to be working for Jason and Top Notch. Donna in the office has been very nice, Addison was great to have here in the beginning, and even Jason, the owner, stopped by to meet us and check on the work.

Great company. I had used a national company for a shower redo in my previous residence and was not happy at all. I am so glad I found Top Notch Remodelers. From the initial consultation to the completed project everything was awesome. There was an issue discovered when the project was started due to a previous terminate infestation. I was given two options and was also given time to have someone else come out and evaluate the situation. and then install was rescheduled. The installer was great, he stayed until almost 8pm to ensure the job was completed on the same day and answered all my questions. I am so happy with the finished project and will definitely be recommending this company to others. It is refreshing to find a locally owned company with such integrity and high work ethic. We had a good experience with Top Notch on a tub to shower conversion. Price was significantly lower than quotes we got from other big name remodelers. The sales rep estimated a 4 to 6 week time frame; the job was completed in exactly one month. We were impressed when Jason, the company owner, came out a day or two after signing the contract to double check the measurements (mobile homes can be tricky). The installer, Vinny, was great. Always pleasant and friendly, a master craftsman if there ever was one, and a tireless worker. When finished the bathroom was left spotless and the shower is beautiful, just like the pictures.

Great company. The owner of the company, Jason will constantly keep in touch to let me know when the actual work will begin and throughout the entire remodeling process, all the way to the very end, when the work is completed. Very pleased with the work and increased the value of the home as well. Wonâ t hesitate at all to recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbors . Oh, and the brownies he sent were an nice gesture as well!
