About us

I am Tobin and I am on site and do most of the work with my two helpers (who are skilled craftsmen in their own rights!). I do use sub contractors for electrical, plumbing and flooring work who are all licensed, bonded and insured. I completely trust all of my subs as I have close relationships with all of my subs for years and the flooring contractor is actually my brother in law. I am blessed that everyone that I work with are good and trustworthy people. Payment terms are 50% down and the balance upon completion for all jobs under $12,000.00. Any jobs more than 12,000 are payable in draws. We do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. We don't do financing.

State Certified Building Contractor specializing in ADA retrofit modifications for disabled veteran's through the VA HISA grant and Adaptive Housing grant programs. We install grab bars and are a DME supplier and provide and install modular aluminum wheelchair ramp systems. We are a modular ramp distributor and installer for TJ Rampit USA. We do everything from new construction additions to barrier free shower stalls to complete bathroom remodeling. Concrete, framing, drywall painting, etc.

They were good and I liked them a lot. They are in the area and they had sent me a flyer so I used them. The quality of the work and the price were good. They showed up on time.
