Vital is meticulous. He pays attention to the little details and it shows in his work. When we weren't sure what we wanted, he gave excellent suggestions and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We're definitely planning to call him again when we remodel our next bathroom.

Excellent workmanship!??It's been a couple months since he finished the job and I've had time to really appreciate the work he did.? He is very tidy, arrives on time, works nonstop and puts a lot of thought into the end result.? Everything is smooth and all the electrical outlets & switches are straight. After looking at the tile we selected?Vital?suggested we?add pencil tiles under the window sill rather than have a big grout line or tiles cut really small.??It turned out great.? The?window also isn't level with the countertop and with his idea you don't notice.? Vital is a perfectionist and really pays attention to detail.? There was a small spot at the end of the granite that I was concerned would?be filled with grout.? Instead, Vital cut a tile to fit perfectly around the end of the counter and it looks so much nicer.?? If there was more than one way to set the tile, Vital?asked my preference.? I really?appreciated that he asked rather than just doing whatever was easiest for him.? We are very?pleased with the new backsplash and would hire Vital again.?

Vital came highly recommended by a customer who was very pleased with the backsplash he installed in her kitchen. Lucky for me, he had a brief delay between jobs and was able to do our laundry room floor right away. He came to give me an estimate and because we already had the tile & grout, Vital was able to start the next day! He jackhammered out the old tile, cleaned the floor, laid the new tile and came back the next morning to grout. It looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier. He matched the same pattern as the hallway tile with the same narrow grout lines. It is so seamless it looks like it was part of the original job. Just what I wanted! Vital did everything just as I asked, arrived on time, was very pleasant and his workmanship is meticulous. We have asked him to install a backsplash in the kitchen next.

Great. It looks better than we thought it would. He put a lot of thought into how he was going to tile before actually starting the work. Advance planning paid off as we had under-ordered material but he worked it out and used everything we had.

Vital is an excellent tile craftsman. He has done work for other people we know and they rave about his preciseness with tile installation. When he lays tile he makes sure the floor is prepped and even. If there are cracks in the concrete he repairs them first. He puts mud on the floor and on the tile to ensure a secure hold. We have never called him back for any reason because when he does a job he does it right the first time. He works alone and does a thorough job so if you are looking for a quick, cheap tile job he is not the one to call. If you want the job done right then he's your man. He referred us to locations to buy our tile and they were good choices as they had a large selection. We love the job he did and his precision and attention to detail made it a great experience. If we have tile requirements in the future he would be our only choice.
