Description of Work: Tito came out for an estimate. Very nice guy, and seemed very knowledgeable. I have a downspout where a section blew off in a storm, which I wanted to replace. He called into the office and determined they’d need to replace the entire 40’ downspout in order to warranty their work, which was fine. When I asked about the height of the gutter, he said it wouldn’t be a problem, that they had ladders they used for these jobs all the time and assured me they had liability coverage in he event someone got hurt. I showed him a couple of other areas in the rear of the property that I wanted to address, but we decided we could take care of them at a later time. Tito said he could write me an estimate for their minimum job of $200 and they could complete the work the following week. He left me with an impressive folder and work estimate so I left the initial consultation feeling impressed. The following day, I received a call from their offices and some other guy told me there’s no way they’d be able to honor their estimate, since they would need a lift to complete the job. He said Tito was new to bidding jobs so he didn’t know better. He didn’t offer any solutions other than to say he couldn’t do it and I just said well okay, I guess I’ll have to go with another company. Following our call, I texted Tito and said I was sorry his company would not honor their estimate and he was unaware of it, but apologetic and said he’d look into it when he got back to the office. He called a few days later and said he was still looking into it and to give him a couple more days. Since two more weeks have passed, I’m going to assume the Rhino doesn’t want my business. Too bad, because they made a good first impression. Sometimes in order to save face and make a good first impression, you need to suck it up and honor the estimates you provide your customers guys!

+ -1 moreI left a message stating what I needed with my name and number and never heard back from them. I would never do business with a company that doesn’t have the courtesy to return a phone call. Another company was referred to me and they did the work and were wonderful. I called several on your list-most didn’t return my call, one said they didn’t repair gutters even though they are on your list as doing so. I’ll stick to referrals from people I know-your lust was of no help to me-just wasted my time!
