The Pink Plumber

I made a dumb mistake of flushing a foreign object down the toilet and clogged it. I called Pink Plumber and requested Richard Q. since we've used him several times before. They paged him and he was able to come the very next morning. (Was not urgent). Richard was extremely friendly, professional but also very personable. He explained three plans and pricing options and luckily we were able to go with the easiest and least expensive. Richard never pushes expensive and unnecessary tasks. Although it wasn't pleasant that my carelessness caused the issue, it was very pleasant and disarming to have Richard come by and fix it. I will absolutely use them again.

John was amazing! He explained everything he was doing before he did it. He did have to come out a second time, but ultimately everything was fixed and I am very happy. Would definitely recommend and use The Pink Plumber again.

I got three Quotes from three different companies. I knew it was going to be expensive because the Water Heater is in the Attic and it's hard to get through the opening. Pink Plumber had the Best Price, and Carlos was phenomenal. He was on time for the estimate, he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He made me feel good about wanting to do business with him. He followed up with a call the next day right actually right after the third plumber had left. I called the office, got him scheduled for next day. He was here on time, and man was he FAST. I didn't even have to pass a broom or a mop below the attic door. Everything was exactly as it should be when he was done. He set it, tested, took photos. As far as I'm concerned, the only plumber I am ever calling again is Carlos!

Jason arrived just five minutes before the scheduled appointment and proceeded to get right on the project. In less than 30min. he had the drain elbow replaced with the proper fixture and the work was better than it was originally done.

he was able to remove the part. unfortunately neither of us had the right replacement shower fixture to replace it and by that time it was almost 6:30 at night. the job was done efficiently and professionally. he was very helpful in explaining every question or observation that i had. Was very patient and also gave me some very helpful info on possibly looking into a water treatment sometime in the near future.

First of all, I would like to thank Justin S. for doing a great and diligent job getting my plumbing unclogged. Justin made sure that the pipes were completely unclogged and gave me faith that there are good people out there that really care about the customer and the work they do. I would recommend Pink Plumber to all my friends.

Excellent...Felix ( installer )Is the type of man you would want as a friend,neighbor and fishing partner. He did a neat ,clean installation.( I have installed hot water tanks years ago in Buffalo N Y but now that i am 80 yrs old it is no longer a task i can preform ) Felix work was the best i have ever seen or have done.Thank you again for this excellent job. Marat S. was professional from start-to-finish. Pink Plumber notified us that he was on the way an hour prior. When he arrived, he put on shoe covers to keep the house clean, and quickly figured out what was wrong, checking out the hot water heater and outside pipes and pressure as well. He explained each step of what he was doing and why, and taught me the difference between gate and ball valves and also how high PSI might affect my plumbing long term. When he came in with estimates, I had four different options at different prices from fixing everything to addressing only the leak in the laundry room. He explained the tradeoffs of each and I opted for the full fix, which was done quickly and professionally. I'm not handy at all, but Marat was good at explaining everything to me clearly without making me feel stupid--he seems like a good teacher.

David was prompt , professional and very clean as he worked.He showed great respect for our home and made sure that we had no concerns . We were very pleased with this company and this employee.

I had to call them twice in three weeks for separate problems. The first for a leaky toilet and the recently the leak in the wall in a different bathroom. I also added replacement of my shower shutoff valves. The most importance for me was how quickly they responded. If I needed a plumber again in the future I would definitely call the Pink Plumbers!

Marat from Pink Plumber did a great job explaining the pro's and con's of all the different water heater systems. Left me with the homework of deciding which way to go.

Some stumbling block but joshua persevered! HE WAS AS INTENT AS A DOG ON A BONE to get me what I needed. He worked > 8 hours on a holiday weekend Saturday after being on all night call. If he was exhausted, he did not show it.

I was told it would be an hour (which was amazing, considering this is Labor Day, and it happened at 6pm!! Felix R. was at my door much sooner than one hour. He was amazingly professional, fixed the issue with the least amount of destruction humanly possible; and made sure to clean up any mess left behind. I will definitely use this company again and I will request Felix!
