Went very well. Josh is a very professional person, very knowledgeable. He explained to my husband and myself what the problem was. We thought it would be a simple fix, however it proved to be a little more complicated then we first thought. It took time, but Josh worked thru the problem. He even remembered to clean and drain the dishwasher from all that noxious sewer water. I would recommend him and the company to any of my friends.

Mike had a complete understanding of what our plumbing issues were. He tried to snake out the roots and explained it would be a matter of time for it to happen again and the pipes were very old . He took the time to show us pictures of what the camera showed and what options we had. we decided to replace the old cast iron pipes with PVC and it was a major undertaking. Mike had to dig up section of our bathroom and family room floors and remove lots of dirt to do the job. He was a one man show the first day and hard working, professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way! The next day, Mike got some assistance from Andres and they both finished the job in a very satisfactory way. It was a lot of work but before they left, we the water flow was tested thoroughly and the pipe replacement seemed like a very clean job well done. The dirt was placed back and we look forward to having Mike help us to reset the toilet when the floors are redone and possibly change a tub to shower for us in the future. We feel confident in having Mike handle our future plumbing needs because of his consistent good customer service and hard work he displayed for this particular job!

It went awesome. We contacted a handyman who indicated it was too big a job for him and suggested we contact a plumber. We had seen your advertising on tv and decided to call. Jason arrived on Saturday afternoon once we discovered we had a problem, he worked until after dark as it required some work at the water main into our home. Returned Sunday morning to complete the job. He resolved our leaky shower and replaced the main water valve shut on/off. Everything is great now! Jason did a fantastic job!

Initially, Pink Plummer was called to locate and stop a leak. A leak specialist had to be called in to locate the leak. After location of the leak it was determined that it might be more cost effective to repipe the area rather than continuing digging and breaking concrete. I’m still at a loss as to why the entire home had to be repiped to fix a leak in the master bedroom bath??

Had the Pink Plumber come out for a 2nd opinion as felt first company was out of their minds as the other company said I needed complete sewer pipe repair under foundation and backyard. TJ had me watch scoping video with him and showed me everything so I could see what he was seeing. After going over everything all I needed was 10 feet of sewer replaced that was damaged due to tree root, rest of my pipes only need a cleaning not replacing. By calling Pink Plumber I got an honest answer and saved me over 10k in unneeded pipe replacing. Pink Plumber is now my go to plumber.

He did a good job but the cost was was exorbitant. They would not give me a breakdown of parts and labor. They said that they use a straight line pricing. The tank they used costs about $350 and the drip pan another $10. They charged me $1700. IIf that is their normal pricing it's a wonder they do any business. I am amazed that they are on Angies List. I will never use them again nor will I trust Angies list or Home advisor. Byer beware.

Mike was well versed in his workmanship. He was prepared and promptly tackled the issue for the water heater replacement. He was polite and sincere in providing a safe area by cleaning the flooded area by the water heater in my garage. He diligently answered my questions as the work progressed. He cleaned up the mess and left me with a good feeling that the workmanship was done properly to my satisfaction.......some 20 minutes later ....hot water was flowing !

As a existing costumer I requested a quote to transfer my water heater to the garage. They give me a price of $8000 no electrical setup where some company charge me $1800 including electrical installation. Bad experience from an existing customer.
