The overall experience was excellent. William S was professional and explained what he was doing and what was wrong with the old disposal. He also gave me some tips regarding the disposal and use of it. He made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving as well. I highly recommend William and Pink Plumber! Thank you for working with me as well and coming on the same day I called!!

Fantastically.David came almost immediately after I called and ahead of schedule which made me very happy. He was polite and gave me options for the job. He answered all my questions clearly, David protected my floors while he worked. He stayed on task and finished quickly. I would be happy to have him in my home to take care of any plumbing problem,

15 months ago we had The Pink Plumber Tech Felix Rivera install a water heater. Well Tuesday night we notice a bad leak from the water heater. We called The Pink Plumber and requested Service Tech Felix River again. Felix was on time and was very pleasant to talk to. He relooked over the water heater and advised that we needed to replace the water heater. Being upset about needing to replace a unit only after 15 months was upsetting. The pink plumber wanted to charge me for labor. After Felix seeing that I was upset, he called his manager to see what they can do for my situation. Felix explained that we were a repeat customer and have had other work and purchases made through them. Felix worked hard not only to replace the unit, but to make sure I was satisfied with his work and the companies reputation. For that I recommend The Pink Plumber, but I also highly recommend Sevice Tech Felix River.

They charged me $750.00 and did not take care of my problem. I had to have them come back the next day and they wanted to charge me again. I told them they never fixed the first problem. After about 3 hours of them being here they told me they "think" it is fixed. Well, it wasn't. I called a different plumber and he had it taken care of in 20 minutes and charged me $225.00. The Pink Plumber grossly over charges and does inadequate work. I will never use them again and will warn others to stay away from them too.

They sent a young man who was done within 1 and half hours did a great job his name was Les Crenshaw he Was totally polite add to the great job cleaned up after himself and all at a fair price

Fabulous....we had 5 people in from out of town and our leak started on Christmas Eve. George could not have been nicer, friendlier, more professional or more polite. He was perfect. Was quick, neat and explained to us everything that he was doing.

Jason and Will did very good job at my house. They replaced the section that needed to be replaced. They also discovered piping the had been replaced previously was not installed properly, causing continuing backups. They were very clean working. They did a great job.

Very well. He explained everything to me and was helpful in all my questions.

Mike did a great job. Told me everything he was going to do and provided lots of good info.

Company that offers TruTankless gave PinkPlumber as one of their installation companies for me to get 'customer referral'. Although they gave me name of customer to speak with who said she was happy with TruTankless/Pink Plumber they wanted the opportunity to come bid the installation (despite my being okay w/ company R.J. Kielty's quote). Had I looked on Angies or Better Business i wouldn't have wasted my time. The fellow was nice enough but tried to up-sell a second heater in the masterbath and the price was higher (fellow even said, 'What have you been quoted' ... very unprofessional ... and later that he 'couldn't match that'). Company is border-line ethical, as when I asked them to speak to their poor references they stopped asking for our business or for me to rate the sale/service call technician.

George k. did a outstanding job and kept me involved at all times.

Jason explained what needed to be done clearly. Have me the pricing for it and completed it quickly and professionally.

I had a clogged toilet that needed to be snaked. He told me he could snake it from the roof or remove the toilet and clear it from there. He said it would cost more if he snaked it from the toilet. He spent about 15 minutes walking around my yard looking for the traps and when he came back he asked if I had a ladder. When I told him I did not have a ladder, he said he'd have to charge me the higher price and do it from the toilet. I thanked him for his time, paid the service call charged and hired a different company who brought their own ladder - and charged me about 1/4 of the price the Pink Plumber wanted to charge.

The estimate was outrageous and more than double what I am able to get from a different plumber and Home Depot purchase and install

Steven H. did a great job. Few minor things had to be completed in order to pass the inspection. The biggest problem was the Inspector not showing up when he was scheduled. But it passed when Inspector did show up

Dominic D. Was outstanding. He was on time. Once he looked at my project. He gave me an estimated the cost. Then did an excellent job. I will Now call them for problems

TJ looked behind the shower and determined that was not the cause. He also took out the toilet, fixed a seal, and was able to determine it was not coming from there as well. He suggested having a leak specialist come in to narrow it down.

The service provided by Felix was fast and efficient. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to overprice us by doing unnecessary procedures. The water from the toilet had leaked out a bit and he was nice enough to clean it up and even cleaned inside the toilet bowl. He replaced the flapper free of charge which was great! What a great plumbing experience he provided. If we ever have any issues again we know who to call.

The plumber, Marat S., was personable and efficient. All work to be done was clearly explained. Once complete, Marat showed me all his work and tested all sinks for leaks. I had confidence in his plumbing skills. He also left my house clean and took the time to put cloth booties on every time he entered the house. This company's work is guaranteed for one year. Since this was my first time using this company and I did not get several estimates for the job I do not know if the pricing was competitive.

HE WORKED LONG AND HARD. HE PUT IN A FEW HOURS UNTIL HE HAD EVERYTHING WORKING THE RIGHT WAY. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

We could not be happier with the service that Anthony from pink plumber provided. The estimate was actually less than half the cost of other estimates. Anthony is most professional friendly and courteous it did the job in one day with no problems. I would not hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing jobs. Way to go pink plumber! Paul B. These people are SALESMEN masked as plumbers. They are TREMENDOUSLY overpriced & submitted payment in full before any repairs were done. I have reported them to Florida Attorney General & Better BusinessBureau. Check Google search for the Georgia Attorney General case against Aames Plumbing dba The Pink Plumber.

When we bought our house three years ago we had a problem with the washer draining. Richard for the Pink Plumber was the third plumber from the third company in under a year and I wish he had been our first pick. It has been almost two years to the day and the problem came back I called and asked for Richard. Richard arrived the next day was just as professional as I remember him last time. The problem is resolved and I'm sure it'll be another couple of years before I have to call again. Richard is a great guy, he explains the issue, the fixes, and the results when he is done. If you have a plumbing problem I highly recommend Richard!!

More important, he listened without interupting me. Furthermore, he did not treat me like I had no idea what I was talking about. Jason explained what he found and offered three options with quotes to repair. With quickness, effeciency, and respect he began working right away. He had to turn the water to the house off from the meter outside. Again, Jason was understanding of my needs as a single parent with three teenagers. He was quick. Upon load testing for leaks, the water was back on without any incovenience to our family. The company supports breast cancer research. Hence the name and pink ribbons on all service vehicles. I have friends and family that have battled the Breast Cancer. The company donates a part of the profits to the research for a cure. The pricing was fair and comparable to three other quotations.
