Great. Prompt arrival, efficient work, reasonable price, and extras thrown in for free.

They came out and gave me a quote and a lot of information but it ended up that I didn't have to have the door fixed. They came out as scheduled and they actually told me that I didn't needed to have it fixed. I was selling my house and the people's inspector said that it needed to be fixed. The people from Overhead Door said that it didn't need to be fixed. I would recommend them. They had fixed a spring in my door five years ago and they came out the next day to do that work. I would have no hesitation to call them back.

My garage door opener stopped working on Sunday night. Monday morning I called Overhead doors and was told that a technician would be out that afternoon but would call first. I received a call around 12:30 and he was there in 15 minutes. He replaced the broken gear and helped reset the key pad that was not working. I had a coupon from the same company but a different location, he accepted the coupon. He also cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with his courtesy and the work done.

Salesman came the day after I called - written estimate provided on site. Installation was scheduled as soon as permit was obtained, and workers called before arrival. Everything went well - but one door panel was damaged. The damage was pointed out to me by the installer, and a replacement panel was delivered and installed within a week. They removed all of the old door materials, and left the job site clean and orderly.

Mike arrived on time, did a very professional installation, and testing of the garage door opener, associated wall control panel and remotes. Cleaned up after himself, and explained all aspects of setting up and operating the wall control panel and remotes.

This is the second time we have used this company and we've been very happy both times. This time, Overhead Doors arrived the day after we called them and replaced the springs. A week later, we noticed that the door didn't close all the way (apparently, a common problem with new springs), so we called on a Sunday and Monday morning Valerie called us back. That afternoon, they arrived to repair the problem for no additional charge. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I received estimates from Overhead Door Co. of Tampa Bay and a competitor. Both sales reps were very responsive and professional, and I received the estimates in a reasonable amount of time. Also, they answered my questions quickly and with sufficient detail. Since the quality of the garage doors appeared comparable, I went with Overhead Door Co., because the garage door opener was the kind I wanted and the package price was a bit lower. I was extremely pleased with all the service provided. There was only one day in November when I could be available to have the door and opener installed. The sales rep committed to having them installed on that day - - and they were! The installer was very professional and did a good job. I did have a problem with the door control panel the day after installation (Saturday), so I left a voicemail for the sales rep hoping I would hear from him on Monday. Much to my surprise, he showed up at my house on Sunday and fixed the panel (just a loose connection) since he lived in the area. I would rate him A+ both for getting the installation scheduled on the date I needed it and for making the repair on a Sunday. The door looks great and the opener is now working fine.

They are a great business. The customer services representative was very educated on what he was doing. He got it done in a very short time. He was very polite and provided great customer service.

They were able to fix the garage door - it only needed a replacement battery, and oiled the door so that it no longer squeaks when opening and closing. However, there had been a mix-up with the day of our service, and they came a day early and no one was home. I received a couple calls on my cell and at home from them - they were unhappy we were not home, however they were there the wrong day. I was able to call later that evening and reconfirm my appointment for the following day.

My garage door opener was more than 20 years old. It had been failing to operate occasionally and I decided to replace it with a belt-driven model. Making the appointment was quick and courteous. This morning, the installer arrived during the appointment window and installed the new garage door opener (Lift Master 3280M belt-driven for one car garage). The installer wired a new control switch and light-beam sensors as part of the installation. The installer also lubricated the old squeaky pulleys while testing the operation of the new opener. This was a job well done. I feel my money was well spent and my time was not wasted.

Ron replaced the worn out seals(13 years old)on the bottom of my garage doors that had been letting in rain water. Because there had been some confusion about this issue in a service call the previous week with a different installer, he charged me only the cost of the parts-no labor or extra service call charges. He also gave me some helpful hints on how to make the same repair myself in the future when this set of seals needed replacing, and showed me some ways to muffle the sound of the garage door opener itself-which was not part of the service call issues.

Great. Rod was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He worked quickly and efficiently during the coldest morning we've had in years (Feb 09). After his installation and lubrication, the doors were much smoother and quieter.

They were very good. They were prompt and explained everything well. They were comparable in price. The workers were personable and easy to deal with. It's a good quality door.

It went very well. Lewis, the installer, was on time and very professional and explained the issues very patiently. Doug, who made the initial sales call and estimate was also a total pro. He was on time and explained my options without trying to make a big sale. The door looks great and works perfectly. I would highly recommend them!

They showed up on time to do the work. It took him less than two hours to do the work. He worked with my schedule well and he was very friendly when he was there.

Their work was excellent. They are disorganized but they got the job done right.

It was easy to make the appointment for the day after I called. Myrinn arrived on time and was exceptionally courteous. He moved some boxes out of his way, completed the work quickly, and gave me a detailed receipt. He was nice to my pesky dog.

Very smooth. Took less than an hour. Works like a champ and is quiet.

We did not receive a written estimate. It is my fault as I thought I had received it. When installer told me what was due after the deducting spring charge, I was shocked. The estimate was never given to us by Valerie, as she had to clarify some costs to the replace of the weather stripping, etc. thus the confusion initially. A $15.00 Rebate from Liftmaster was included but required original sales receipt with purchase price which was not provided at completion. A copy of Residential Installation Ticket was provided with no prices. I called twice to get the paid invoice. Voice mail to Valerie and one call to Gary. Third call to Valerie was successful. Still invoice showed not paid, but have the Visa Slip as record. Will not send Visa Sales Slip with number. Invoice dated 12/18/07, installation ticket dated 12/12/07, installed on 12/14/07. Still never received original estimate. Installation was superior & professional by installer. He raised the company's ratings in opinion.

He didnt charge us anything for this service. He was on time and did everything perfectly.

I am so happy with my new door. The reason it wouldn't open all the way is because it couldn't get over the arc. It was also 25 years old... The installer was great at showing me everything. Before I knew it the old door was down and the new one up...And he left the garage area spotless. He also told me that a person from the city would come to inspect the installation. The following week a man from the city came out. He told me that when he sees the name Overhead Door on his work order he always knows the installation is perfect. He went through everything and said "perfect"...

Great. I repaired the garage door opener myself and saved the $340 cost of a new opener AND saved the cost of the service call. It turned out well that the service person didn't bother to examine the garage door opener that I mistakenly thought was broken. Overhead Door could have asked for a service charge for that and graciously did not. Since no service was actually provided by the service person when he was here, I agree that not charging me was the right thing to do. The education I gained while deciding which new opener to purchase allowed me to avoid the purchase entirely. Kudos to Overhead Door for the way this turned out.

Was fine. Came out next day and completed work in timely basis. Work was completed as specified at cost estimated.

They did a great job and were very informative. They came out on time and did exactly what they said they would. We would use them again.
