Everything was very smooth from start to finish

Two person team came and did a great job. Part of the job was hooking up an IKEA vanity which has non-standard plumbing. Plumber said he had experience hooking up their special drain plumbing but I could tell from some of his comments that he didn't. Showed him an online video of the installation and once he was clear on the requirements he was able to install it perfectly.

I used Tony twice thus far.... I went as far as to program him into my cell phone! I would rather wait for his availability then call another plumber. He is reliable, honest, professional and knowledgeable - cannot find all of these qualities in a plumber today! The only concern my husband had was the big difference with the quote received from the office personal and the "list price chart" Tony had with him. I would recommend Tony without hesitation and plan on calling on him again!

Kenny who completed the repair was punctual, went to worked immediately, and explained/showed me what the problem was and how it was to be fixed. He was also very helpful in answering additional questions I had with regard to work I will be having done on my home in the future.

Had been dealing with slow toilet draining for 2 days but then it backed up. It's used by handicapped individual and due to accessibility, only other option was bedside commode. Called just before 5 pm on a Friday and Joy Ann cheerfully answered telling me I would be charged for after hours if I couldn't wait. I asked for service asap and was advised Kenny would call when he completed his duties elsewhere but it would likely be awhile. Kenny called saying he would arrive around 8 pm. He got there at 8:10 and had the toilet quickly cleared. Cost shown is for service after normal hours and doesn't include coupon from Angie's List. May seem a lot but quick service for something dealing with health and quality of life are worth it.

Everything's been going super and I think they are our new plumbers because they knew more than our regular plumber that we have been using for 3-4 years. They also wear booties on their shoes while they are inside as well.

Service was excellent from start to finish. I'm very particular which is why I pay for a service like Angies List. I count on reviews to make my hiring decisions. I highly recommend The Clean Plumbers.

They told me about the $39.00 automatic fee, i get that - Time and gas. But my 5 minute job cost me $200.00 - no parts replaced, no cleanup required, nothing more than what i stated above... so i called the office to complain about the very high cost. The manager replied "well we're all the way over in Wesley Chapel we can't afford to come to Riverview for less than that . . I asked what the $39.00 was for - a standard fee... so for a 10 minute job at $200. makes this guy earn a whopping. so $1,200 an hour SO WOW I CAN'T AFFORD THESE GUYS... CAN YOU?

The team of two sent to my house were very professional. They arrived on time, assessed my situation, offered three options, priced them out for me and then let me decide. They had to come back a day later with the necessary parts, but they showed up on time and worked diligently the following morning. Sometimes, I get frustrated when I am being billed for the labor of two professionals on a job that can be done just as quickly with one, but for this job both were needed so it was not an issue. They divided the work up, which included accessing and working in a very narrow crawl space under my home. They did not hesitate to squeeze under my home and I was very impressed by the finished product. I appreciated the team cleaning up before they left. I got what I paid for and felt the price was fair based on the scope of the work. I would recommend.

Erich came out and was complaining that he was tired because he was on call on the weekend. He was a complainer. He went up on the roof and put the thing down He didn't know where it went. He couldn't find it. He had 75 ft there and we were looking about 15 ft away. He went into the bathtub where it wasn't having any problems. He put the thing in there. When he was done the stopper didn't work. So they sent someone else out. They have a 100% guarantee so I wasn't satisfied and they gave me my money back. They offered to fix what they broke for $80. Bad experience but the good new is that I got my money refunded.

Good and quick, However, they did not call prior to arrival as I was told they would.

They are very efficient and very on time. I would recommend them.

I've used the same guy, every time. He was always prompt and did everything I asked in a timely fashion.

This is not an inexpensive company, but as they say, you get what you pay for, and these guys are skilled, professional and courteous.

I had a plumbing "disaster"on my hands . The plumbing pipes draining the laundry room and kitchen were plugged (my previous plumber ran a cable through the pipes and they got caught up- could not get them back up- and could not figure out how to fix the problem- said it was roots from my grand oak, had me take the oak tree down and still couldn't fix it- but that's another story). So i ran down the list of highly rated plumbers- and the Clean Plumbers were at top. I called Clean Plumbers, explained the situation, and they gave me Paul's cell phone (who handles the re-piping issues)- i appreciated that, because i had two other major plumbing companies come out, sent their technicians (who wanted to run cameras down the pipes at $300, and then talk it over with their bosses to figure out the plan). Paul came out, drew up a diagram for me to explain what he wanted to do to fix the problem, and had upfront pricing of $4500. I had already been without plumbing to my kitchen/laundry room for weeks! Paul's crew came out a few days later and took care of the plumbing- just as they stated. I cannot thank Paul enough- appreciate his professionalism (I was out of town at this time- Paul kept me updated throughout). A great team, and was so happy to come back home to this issue resolved. I will be using The Clean Plumbers for my future plumbing issues.

The service was outstanding! Paul was the consummate professional, educated me about the diagnosis, went the extra step to advise on a related problem, and had a GREAT demeanor. Customer experience was off the charts. I will DEFINITELY use Clean Plumbers and ask for Paul.

They were very upstanding because whatever they charged me, i found out how inexpensive the part was and when I gave them feedback about that they reimbursed me quite a bit of the money. The only thing I cant say is totally true is the date of service. I cant remember the exact date of service.

They installed the water softener. I had purchased it somewhere else and they installed it. They had installed one at the home I had previous to the one I am in so I was familiar with everything with them.

Excellent response to my questions about using a hybrid in my home. Received good guidance from main office on the appropriate unit to purchase. Installation was quick and professional. When I had an issue with a unit alarm the day after installation, I got an immediate response from the plumber who had installed the unit, who returned the next day to remedy the issue. I highly recommend this very customer focused company. I will hire them again with any plumbing needs.

Upon arrival, John quickly diagnosed that it was not the water heater at all, but an electrical supply issue to the water heater. John was very knowledgeable and patient, explaining everything to me and making recommendations. Since he didn't really do any actual plumbing work, he comped the entire visit (including the $39 dispatch fee) which was a really awesome gesture. He also gave me an estimate for a separate issue in our master bathroom since he was here, also free of charge. He had great suggestions about that issue as well and we will most likely book him for that job in the near future.
