My garbage disposal lost it's seals & leaked all over the cabinet under the sink every time the water ran. It was Friday night. New Year's Eve. I tried calling anyway. I left a message, and Paul returned my call. He was the only one working, and there were several calls ahead of me. He said I could call back the next day. Before I had a chance to call, he called me back to say he could be there in an hour if I was still interested. I was. He was here promptly. He replaced the disposal.

My water heater was blowing the circuit, I had 2 highly rated angie's list companies come. The other company came first and gave me a $2400 estimate to put a new water heater in telling my wife that it was leaking. Larry from The Clean Plumbers, found some wires that were shorting out, told me there were no leaks and fixed the problem while he was there for about $200! I am so happy that I called The Clean Plumbers and that Larry was honest, I will share their company with all of my neighbors and continue to use them!

We purchased a house last month that had some sub-par plumbing work done. We've already had these guys out 3 times and they are scheduled to be back tomorrow. (We keep finding new problems) Gary has been amazing every time he's come out! He diagnoses the problem quickly and efficiently, gives us the options and estimates, and completes any needed repairs in a thorough and timely manner. We attempted to use a different plumber through our HOW with less than desirable results. We like Gary so much that we have opted to cancel our warranty and pay The Clean Plumbers to take care of the remaining $600-$1000 worth of plumbing issues.

very well, Larry was knowledge able , worked in a organized manner, clean in appearance, wore shoe covers upon entering home. Did a very good job, would use again when needed.

Gary was efficient and courteous. He made sure that we understood the procedure and the cost and then had everything necessary at hand for the procedure. He was on time and on schedule and did a great job.

Gary arrived, was very professional and courteous and onetime. He wore the booties in my house which I always appreciate and performed his job neatly and quickly. I felt comfortable with him and would request him by name again. I really dislike having work done inside of my house but he made me feel comfortable which goes a long way!!

Bought a disposal but did not want to install it myself. I purchased the $119 for $200 worth of plumbing. Very good communication as far as scheduling and arrival. Great job!

When I called for the appointment they arranged for first person they sent to arrive 4:30 and he was there till after 8:00 pm. Had difficulty stopping the leak. Tried to seal with copper, it leaked again, then tried PVC, it still leaked, then went to a pipe of smaller diameter said it was fixed. I questioned the seal because it was wet. He said it was condensation. The next morning the seal on the pipe was leaking again. I called the company back. They were responsive but initially they wanted to send someone in the morning which meant time off work again. I was upset, considering I tried to tell the guy it was still leaking, so they made arrangements for the plumber to come 4:30. He arrived at 4:00 and left a note to say he was there but I wasn't. I called back and the company sent the plumber back to my home. He was pleasant. He did fix the leak fairly quickly. I am not sure if it was a communication issue or just problematic because of the holidays. So I was without water for 3 days. The deal on Angie's list gave an additional discount if you signed up for preferred customer. There was a fee to be on that list but it was nominal. I regret signing up for the preferred customer program prior to having any work done and knowing the quality of the work. It was a bit of a scam. Silly on my part but they offered a discount and future discounts on work needed if you signed up for the program.

My hot water heater went out on me today. I called the clean plumbers, and they were easy to get in touch with, very clear-cut on giving me a price quotes and answers, didn't play any pricing games and weren't trying to pad the bill. They came out the same day. They arrived earlier than expected time. Paul was my service technician, was courteous knowledgeable clean and thorough. A Regular Boy Scout. Lol. Overall I'm very pleased with the level of service and responsiveness and would recommend the Clean Plumbers to anyone.

After two attempts to snake my kitchen drain by another area plumber, the Clean Plumbers came in and took care of the problem on their first visit. The other plumber just snaked the drain and thought he felt a jam break loose. The sink backed up again the next day both times. The Clean Plumbers snaked the drain as well, but snaked it all the way to the outside of the house where he showed me the debris come through. He then filled up both sinks and and ran that water down with me watching outside. Dirty water and more debris came out. They cleaned up everything and were very polite. Tom and Erich explained everything up front and showed me the price from their pricing booklet, then they gave me advice on my other plumbing issues. I'll be calling them next week when I get new faucets for the garden tub.

They were great. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't use anyone else.

The master bathroom shower drains correctly.

Service was prompt and unit has been working well.

The hot water hose bib for the washing machine was leaking through the stem. In order to replace the valves they had to cut a hole in the wall that had been covered with 1/2 in marble tile. The work was completed in a timely manner and work area was thoroughly cleaned. The day after the service the owner, Phil Maurici, called me and said that he had noticed a discrepancy with the invoice and would be issuing me a refund. I was so impressed that he takes the time to review the invoices and personally call his customers!

The service was excellent , I am very pleased and would use them again. Paul was very professional and did an inspection first and provided me with detailed estimate and he made sure I get the best deal with Angie's coupon that saved me $81 to reduce my payment to $376. The work was done very cleanly and everything looks and works great.

It worked out just fine. I thought the price was a little expensive.

I had my hot water heater replaced a few years ago & it broke again; they honored the warranty and I only needed to pay the labor cost. It was a weekend & I was not punished for this fact. Just took them a bit longer because the heater is a nonstandard sized. Wasn't on the truck, the manager had to open up the warehouse (~ 1.5 extra/wasn't charged for this). Job was done very professionally & very cleanly (I'm a disabled Submarine Vet Nuclear, I know the difference between a crappy job and a job done right). Received a Veteran's Discount as well. Just took a bit longer than expected that is the reason for the "B" and I had to show the original receipt of the original hot water replacement is marked a "B" as well; we have Microsoft Access now!! They need improvement to get into the 21st century in this area. Everything was paper if you use them KEEP YOUR RECEIPT! No email/phone follow-up as well; would really speed up their services if they switched into the new economy; inventory, billing, man hours/job, etc. That is the only reason's for the "B" marks.

Larry was knowledgeable and courteous. Larry was able to complete the job in a matter of minutes.

Wonderful, plumber was extremely helpful and took care of our plumbing needs.

They showed up and looked at the sink drain and agreed that it needed to be snaked from the roof. After the clog was cleared the plumber gave me and my tenents tips on keeping the drain clear.

It was okay, but I wasn't aware that I would have to pay an additional amount for the service, the $39.00 was just the service call fee, but overall they were good.

Isreal did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and informative. And yes, he wore booties over his shoes and knee pads the entire time of service.
