Called and was refused to be given any quote on the phone even for an "easy" job of swapping out an old dish disposal for a new one. This despite saying they provide up-front pricing on Angies List. I understand if on site things can change depending on conditions but that is shady and charging $39 just to come out for the quote, no thanks. Next

The plumber was professional and took the time to explain the product and pricing. He arrived on time and finished on time.

David was outstanding and took care of the problem in minutes. He is a responsible and professional in what he is doing. I am very happy with the work and won't hesitate to call The Clean Plumbers and ask for him. Also I will recommend to anyone to use the company. They are great.

Caleb was great. Represented his company extremely well. Took care of the problem in minutes, responsibly, economically and professionally. If he is any indication of the work effort and integrity of the rest of the crew then it's an amazing company.

All went well, better than with most. "Caleb" did a wonderful job. He explained just what was needed and how he would take care of it.

Based on Angie's List reviews, I contacted The Clean Plumbers and scheduled a service call. The plumber showed up as scheduled and even called to let us know he was enroute. He diagnosed the problem and replaced both the upper and lower thermostats. He also noticed that the water heater circuit breaker was functioning intermittently and replaced it. He completed the work neatly and professionally, and the water heater was restored to full function.

They were very responsive and had someone out to the house within a day. They were able to fix it within an hour. Very nice and professional. I appreciated they gave a quote and explained everything up front.

Was lucky it was a quick easy clean out job and did not have to go to far down the sewer line.

The best experience I've ever had with a plumbing service here in Tampa or elsewhere. I can see why this company is on Angie's List. Their technician, Erich, was outstanding both in professionalism and responsiveness to my plumbing problem. He went to work immediately and fixed the problem and then worked on the faucet leak in my tub. The quality of his work was superb. When I need plumbing service in the future, I will definitely call this company and ask for Erich. Their answering service is excellent as well. Both women I spoke with were pleasant, and very helpful. True to their words, they sent a Technician out to my residence in little more than an hour. Now that's fast!

I called at 8am for non-emergency replacement of hot water heater. Tony arrived at 10:30am with a selection of tanks in the truck, and job was completed and old tank hauled away. And I now know how to drain the tank periodically, for better performance. Tony was competent and professional and helpful. I will call this company for future plumbing needs.

I tried to fix it myself. It should be easy, there's a YouTube video and I had tools and parts. Delta has made this faucet for 40 years! However, due to Tampa's hard water, the thing refused to come apart. I decided that I could make a small problem into a big problem and so I called Maurici Plumbers. I picked them because they had 2000 "A's" on Angies list. I told them it was a very old house and nothing is easy. The service representative called when he was on his way and he was so professional, he explained what he would do and why. Why he used Delta Parts rather than my aftermarket parts. Let's be honest, Maurici is expensive. However, my guy was so good, articulate, and knowledgable, that I'm going to get my bathroom drip done soon, and I'll ask for the same tech, even if I have to wait. I never was afraid he was going to break something and make it worse.

Everything went well. Ended up being a two man job in order update what had done previously. Work was completed in the time frame promised.

Lal, the technician, explained what he would recommend to do with hiding the pipe in order to avoid any future leaks. Pipe was above ground and now below where it is not an eyesore and narrower in size. It appears that he did a thorough job and I hope that this is fixed to last a long time. Lal was very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend him again and the rate compared to other companies was very reasonable.

The experience I had with this company was great. While downstairs, I noticed a wetspot on my ceiling and when I went to check the upstairs bathroom, I found that the tank was leaking and unable to determine why. I called this company, the lady who picked up was friendly and gave me a window of when a plumber would be by. I called her back once I had something pop up for the afternoon and she was able to send someone immediately. The man who showed up was courteous and professional. He explained to me what may be wrong but wouldn't know for sure until either the gasket was replaced, the screw tightened, or a new washer put in place (inside the tanks). I didn't want to pay the $284 it would cost to replace the gasket and washers, so he took it step by step to see if each of the steps would solve the problem, potentially saving me money. He tightened the screw, didn't fix it. He changed the washer inside the tank - turned out that screw was rusted and had broken, allowing water to seep from the tank. He fixed for $39 and made sure the tank wasn't leaking before leaving. Id recommend them to anyone and hire them again.

They came out quickly and did the dirty work without any complaint. Didn't make us feel stupid for flushing something down the toilet that shouldn't have gone.

It went exceptionally well and they were very clean. Had no problems since they replaced it and they did a wonderful job.

Office called as promised when tech was on the way. Larry was punctual and professional and answered my questions. Job was a little more involved than planned, but everything was explained and any costs updated. No surprises. While clog was the main issue, it was discovered a flange needed replaced and poor subflooring around the toilet was discovered. The flange was replaced and toilet reset. Snaking of the pipe need a little reinforcement and the 2 other techs who came to help were also very nice. Roots were determined as the cause for the original issue. Will call again for plumbing needs. Thank you!

After 3 appointments, totaling over $700 my clogged toilet was fixed. The first appointment the tech cleaned the main line. A week later the clog was back. The second appointment the tech cleaned the main line again and then ran a camera. He claimed to have found a tree branch in the pipe, which he explained was a very costly repair. They had to come out for a third appointment to diagnose where the tree root was in the pipe. At which time, the tech "pushed through the clog" so it wasn't a tree root afterall. I called the company back to explain I'd been charged 3 times to do the same job. They refunded the least expensive of the 3 appointments. I wish the job would have been done right the first time as I had to take off work for 3 different appointments to fix a seemingly simple issue.

Larry was on time, extremely courteous, neat and knowledgeable. He went beyond the normal expected process to make sure everything was properly done. He did an excellent job, cleaned the area to perfection and performed every task expected. I will certainly use this company again.

The plumber, Tony, was prompt, quick, clean, and courteous. Before he began work, he estimated the cost. After he finished, he explained the cause and provided an estimate of the price to replace the toilet. I was very pleased with the service.

I called for an appointment ASAP because I had no hot water. They scheduled me right away and removed the old water heater.

Lal was great, as are all the plumbers we've had do work for us from Maurici over the years.

David identified the problem, and solution, then proceeded to carry it out. He was thorough, very professional and friendly. He also left a product to help with prevention of this problem in the future.
