Description of Work: They came out and told me that my toilet was working, whatever problem was there had cleated up. I think theyre very honest, and they only charged me the $19 for a service charge, plus they gave me helpful hints.

Description of Work: They charged $235 to replace a flapper and replace some plastic pieces inside the toilet and spent 45 minutes. I think that is outrageous and I asked them what a new one would cost and they said $325. I'm going to call the BBB.
