Description of Work: A very pleasant man came right out. After examining the toilet & asking some questions, he determined that what I really needed was to have my septic tank pumped. He didnt charge me anything.

Description of Work: The repairmen, Fred, was very courteous & explained what he was going to do & left working areas neat & clean when finished. Took his time & did not rush doing work. We were his last call & it was almost 7pm when he left. We were very impressed with the fact that he put on shoe coverings when he came inside to keep our rugs & floors clean. Would recommend company to anyone needing plumbing work. We will be using Angies list for any future work we may need.

Description of Work: We have used them twice now and we will continus to use them. Tony has been our service person both times. He is very professional, knowedgeable, clean, and punctual. We used a coupon from the Angies newsletter (I think it was $25 off) on Tonys last visit.

Description of Work: MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL CAME LOOSE FROM THE SINK DUE TO OBVIOUS CORROSION. MAURICI RESPONDED TO MY CALL WITHIN ONE HOUR. THE OFFICE STAFF WHO TOOK MY CALL, THE PERSON WHO CALLED TO SAY THE TECH WAS ON HIS WAY AND THE TECHNICIAN WERE ALL PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND HONEST. I WILL CALL MAURICI FOR ALL OF MY PLUMBING NEEDS FROM NOW ON.

Description of Work: Snaked out stopped up toilet. The guy came out an hour after I had called. He was very professional and wore those little booties. Very clean and polite, as was his receptionist. I also used my coupon through Angies.

Description of Work: I HAD A BATHTUB, TOILET, AND A HUGE BATHROOM VANITY REMOVED FROM A SMALL BATHROOM. THE BATHTUB AND TOILET WERE REPLACED AND A PEDESTAL SINK ALSO INSTALLED. ALL IN THE SAME DAY.

Description of Work: He came out replaced the working mechanisms of my toilet... called in the morning and they showed up that afternoon... took a half hour... works great.... very clean and professional

Description of Work: The toilet was running too long after being flushed, also it would run when it hadnt been flushed. Mike spent a couple of hours and replaced several parts, worked on the pipes, put a new seal on the toilet. He was unfailingly polite, explained what he was doing and why (had booties on). I had to call him back because the toilet had not seated properly and he had to replace something else, but quickly stabilized the toilet. The appts. were kept and all contacts with the company were handled in a polite and professional manner.
