They were clean, knowledgeable, and professional. They worked well with us, we kinda had a complex situation and they were able to help us resolve it. We've used them a couple of times.

They're good. It was a very positive experience. It took about an hour and a half. Clean up was perfect, it was all outdoors.

Great service, quality work, prompt and professional techs, friendly front office staff. We called them back twice to solve plumbing issues in our newly purchased house.

I wrote a review recently describing a somewhat mediocre initial experience. I am very pleased to update my review and let the AL community know that I received an immediate response from the owner offering to rectify the situation described and I am very thankful for the resolution. My original review was not written to solicit a response, but he went above and beyond to make a happy customer. I will definitely consider using them again in the future. I had the sense at the time that my experience was a one-off, given the great reviews listed here. I sincerely appreciate the level of customer service provided and I am satisfied with the more than generous response.

Bought replacement shower trim kit at a local, reputable plumbing supply company. Took all old parts to them so they could give me the correct new parts. Plumber told me they sold me the wrong parts so I had to go back. Supply company said they were absolutely the correct parts and were surprised that a plumber from Maurici did not know better. I had plumber check outdoor spigots where garden hose attaches. One is in garage. He checked to make sure spigot did not leak at hose attachment. He left the spigot turned on with hose & nozzle attached. Three days later I got a call from a neighbor that water was pouring out of condo garage into parking lot and street. This call came probably 3 hrs after flooding began. Drywall and baseboards in garage soaked. Also began to flood neighbor's garage and all her boxes stored on the floor.. Initial call to Maurici they said they would pay for my contractor to replace drywall and paint for us. Then they said they would have their drywall guy take a look and he would do the work. Then, a week and a half later they said they wouldn't do anything because it was my hose that burst. Reluctantly said they would have someone's son put primer over the area. Now I have discolored, rippled drywall. on both sides of garage. One side is bad halfway to ceiling. Insurance deductible is $1000 so did not file a claim. I paid Maurici over $2000 for all work done over 2 visits. Also, main shutoff valve was not repaired, but moved to a different location that will not shut off water if there is a break between it and outside which is full length of garage. Plumber didn't want to mess with putting the shutoff where it really needs to be. Unhappy that I still have plumbing issues (less than ideal shutoff valve location) and told at first that they would repair drywall and then changed their mind. Need to find a new plumber!

They have done a good job. I don't remember the pricing, so if I can't remember it must not have been that bad. In the end, two people came out to do the service. They left the area clean once they were done with the service. The workers I came in contact with were nice.

It went beautifully. The did a good job. I keep having them come back because they do such a good job. I have been using them for 20 years.

Very well, he also told me how to possibly fix drains in the future and also how to ask the manufacturer for a replacement part.

OUTSTANDING!!! Could not ask for more quality service, or responsiveness. Got up Saturday morning, and found kitchen sink would not drain, I could not clear it myself by running disposal, plunging, etc. The Clean Plumbers have service availability on Saturday, and at comparable prices. I called the answering service, the plumber called within half an hour, and he scheduled me as the second job of the day. Let me know when he would arrive, and then called when he was on his way. He did a great job -- diagnosed problem, brought in his equipment, and unclogged the outflow pipe. As usual, he did a diagnosis initially to make sure it wasn't a larger problem with our sewer outflow pipe, and afterwards, he triple checked to make sure everything was working well. He was super nice, and super neat -- no mess at all in the kitchen. These folks really know what they are doing, and always solve the problem. Always give you the price up front when they arrive and diagnose. You then have a cnoice to proceed. Can't say enough good about this company. They aren't cheap, but they aren't the most expensive either, and it takes a lot to run a plumbing operation these days. I prefer good, reliable service.

All that was required to fix the problem was to pour water into the trap drain in the laundry area. They charged me $185 for the guy to move the clothes dryer, smell the drain and pour a bucket of water in the drain. Serviceman was professional and helpful, but they overcharged tremendously. I bought the $39 service visit coupon, but that only covered them showing up, not doing anything and the $185 was over an above the coupon cost. Their add is very deceptive.

Had the tech from The Clean Plumbers come out promptly after my phone call requesting a service quote. Arrived on time, looked at what needed to be done, provided a very reasonable quote and hired him to do the work right away. The tech got to work right away and before I knew it he was done and I had instant hot water at every faucet in my home instead of waiting for anywhere between 45 seconds to almost 2 minutes at one faucet for hot water to arrive. I am very happy with the work performed and the end product. I would not hesitate to hire The Clean Plumbers again.

It worked out wonderfully. They came out the same day I called. It was very efficient. We have used them before. They are a great organization. I did pay them more. I bought a product and it was a little bit more for the drain cleaning. I think they are very reasonable. They suggest ways for you to save money. They will figure it out. They have service they offer and they figure out that way or without it and see which comes out the best. I have no problem with their quality of service. They are a quality group.

It went very well, all-around. I called the company after the service call to let them know I was very pleased and plan to call them next time I need plumbing help.

The Clean Plumbers - Phillip Maurici was good. They're a little pricey, I thought. Like I said, I thought it was a little high, I mean they're good plumbers, but it was a little high.

We used The Clean Plumbers - Phillip Maurici - twice - two unrelated problems. We were lucky enough to have the same technician both times (J.C.). He was a pleasure to work with and was very professional in all aspects of the work. In both cases we were afraid that the problem was beyond repair but J.C. put us at ease, diagnosed the problem and solved it in a timely manner and professionally. Great work!!

They were highly responsive. The immediately scheduled a same day appointment and their service man was at my home with a replacement heater within 2 hours! The water heater was a professional model 50 gal. one with a high degree of efficiency (very well made). He drained and removed the old WH and re-piped and replaced it, then cleaned up once completed! It was an excellent consumer experience. Total cost with the $31 Angie's List discount was $945 - a very good price for the new WH and re-piping and installation.

Well, and the plumber was helpful and courteous.

I can't say enough good things about the Clean Plumber. I've had Kenny out to the house on several occasions (usually well or water softener related), but this time he installed our new garbage disposal where we previously didn't have one. These guys are punctual, professional, clean, and very respectful. As I watched him through the process, he ran into the exact same problems I thought I may have if I was to install it myself (rusted sink flange, re-plumbing of some of the drain), but he had the knowledge and tools to tackle the project in much less time and saved me several headaches and trips to the hardware store. Sometimes it's worth it to just pay a professional.

They showed up very quickly and made sure all clogs were completely cleared before leaving. Service was relatively fast and he finished in about 2 to 3 hours.
