They are very. The guy was very nice that came out. He was there was he was supposed to be. They are a very good company. i have been using them for a couple years now, and would recommend them.

Technician went above and beyond to inspect and fix the issue, was friendly, and quoted what I felt was a fair price for the visit and the work under the circumstances.

Called on Sunday since there add indicates that they were available on weekends, for our hot water in the bathroom would not turn off. The tech called and said he did not have the parts to do the job. He notified us that we would receive a call on Monday. They called and told us that they would come on Tuesday and gave us a 2 hour window. Tuesday I called to see if we were still on and was told yes. Came home from work and waited the 2 hours. No one called and no one came. Called them back and was told that there was no tech available. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment. No customer service what so ever.

Appt time was 230-430. Tech arrived at 440. He was very friendly, personable and professional. We walked through my home and I showed him all of the items. He then installed my faucet. I failed to get a price before he began the work, so I almost fainted when he told me the price for putting in this one single faucet. Even with a $31 off Angie's List coupon, my bill was $248! $240 for labor plus $39 for the service call. For one faucet?! All he had to do was connect the faucet. All plumbing from the wall was done....I provided all of the needed parts. I was floored. While he seemed like a very nice individual, I won't be using this company again-- that price for less than an hour's work is outrageous. In addition, he didn't quote any of the other items for me. Said he would have his boss call me with prices.

Very well...I had already purchased a kitchen faucet that was similar and appropriate. No other supplies were needed. The bathroom drain took minutes to solve and there was not charge for that. I had cleared the work space under both sinks completely to allow easy access.

WONDERFULLY !!! WE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND EVEN MORE ABOUT THE REPAIR BILL. TONY (AND HIS APPRENTICE) REPLACED A LEAKING PIPE. HE SAID IT WAS A GALVANIZED WASTEARM THAT WAS COMPLETELY BLOCKED. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN DETAILS AND KEEP US INFORMED WITH EVERYTHING. THE JOB TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR. HE WAS COURTEOUS, CARING, FUNNY, AND PROFESSIONAL, UNDERSTANDING THAT NOT KNOWING WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS CAUSED US ALOT OF STRESS. WE HAVE CALLED THE OFFICE AND REQUESTED TONY BACK TO REPLACE A LEAKING TOILET. YES, TONY IS THAT AMAZING !!!!!!!

It was about $100 or $110, but it was in that price range. Since I haven't used another plumber in probably 25 years other than Philip Maurici, I'd have to say their price is good. Their quality of work is excellent. They are close by and they have been so professional in the past 20 to 25 years. I have never been disappointed with them. The workers are very clean and very professional. They explain what they're doing and they will show you the parts as they are replacing them as necessary. These guys are so good that they advertise themselves as the "Clean Plumbers" and they literally walk in with little booties on, clean uniforms, the whole bit. The workers are above and beyond and again the extra cleanup that they do, the do before they leave. They were cleaning up inside of my sink.

Well. At first, they thought the water line was bad. Turns out, the line was clogged so they simply wash it out good & flow improved drastically.

quick response for the service. It appears the job did not completed. After they sent Tony, an other tech to complete the job. According to Tony, the job is completed. However, the hit/cold lines were hooked in correctly( this was done by other company. Tony took extra step to fix the cold/hot water lines with out charges. Tony provided excellent customer's services. I will use them again.

He was very good. There were no additional fees to the Big Deal.

Larry who serviced us was polite and professional. He gave me an estimate up front for each task and was efficient. He was about 20 minutes late, but he did call before the appointment time to let me know his ETA, which was no problem. This company is a little expensive, but we have used them twice and they do quality work. They also staff their phones, so you don't have to wait for a call back. Scheduling was easy, and they were available in the time frame that I requested.

He had to leave and get the parts needed to fix the problem with the shut off valves but overall I am pleased with the work he did. He told me how much it was going to be prior to getting started. I was a little shocked at the price but it needed to be fixed.

Was efficient, explained process and cost, was careful not to leave any mess behind, was very professional and courteous. When we used the sink with the replaced cartridge, the water did not come on. Plumber came back the next day, found the problem, and replaced the two 16-year old push/pull plastic shutoff valve provided when the house was built and replaced it with a threaded metal valve at additional cost of $100.00 for labor and materials.

Simply outstanding service and price. I am a military service member stationed in Washington DC and renting my home in Valrico, FL. My tenants called me about a broken shower head arm……broken off at the threads…..flush with the tile wall. I used Angie’s List to find the highest rated plumber with many reviews. I chose The Clean Plumbers and I could not have made a better decision. All aspects of the process were outstanding….the scheduler listened to my problem and treated it with urgency….promptly assigned an appointment for the same day (at the start of a holiday weekend)……the plumber arrived on time, was neat and courteous….estimate provided before work was started…..job was done with great competence (was difficult…..required pipe extraction and fitting re-threading)…..final bill below the estimate (yes, you read that right). This is the only plumber I will use. Well done Phillip Maurici and team.

Was told that she'd receive a credit, credit never came. After initial conversation, contractor never got back. I had to pursue the conversation. I still have not heard back from them. The Clean Plumbers came out 2-3 times to try to fix the problem and they were never able to fix it. I ended up hiring another contractor, who came out to actually take care of the job, which they did.

Work went well, however, a second visit was required as one of the toilets wasn't flushing properly. One of the new parts had to be replaced. Service was completed in a professional and courteous manner. I would use them again in the future.

Great! They had a special through angie's list where I was able to save almost $400 over the other estimates that I got. And they didn't charge me to come out to talk to me unlike their competitor.

Maurici Plumbing (The Clean Plumbers), did their usual excellent job, from scheduling, prompt appointment, arriving on time, communication, and doing the actual work very well, neat and clean, a good price. This time was the uninstall of our dishwasher for a move. Very good price -- less than usual. Also a benefit, you can belong to their "Clean Club" for a discount. And they always give you the price in advance.

I met with the Service Mgr - Paul. He thougherly explained the work to be done and gave me a written quote comparable to 2 other plumbers. Tech's Robert and Leroy were on time, very clean cut and professional. They did a great job without cutting corners. They finished in 2 days as promised. I am usually very critical of tradesmen and few truly impressed me overall, but they did.

I was setting up service for my husband while I'm out of town on the east coast. I called Sat to set up a Monday appointment before noon. I did not receive a call back until this morning. I missed their call at 5PST/8EST because I was sleeping. As soon as I woke up, I called them at 620PST/920 EST. when I called back and gave them my name, someone in the background yelled out in annoyance "Well I called her at 8:02 and she didn't answer, her mailbox was full." When I called them, I was just trying to connect with them to set up a time. Then when I described the draining problem with my dishwasher, she said "Well have you called an appliance repair man?" I'm not an expert at causes of why something isn't draining, which is I called the plumber. When I asked about who they recommend for that, they were also belittling like I should know who to call. I felt belittled and stupid & all people should receive better customer service. Even if it is a plumbing issue there is no way we are going to ever use them. I work in client services with professional athletes and am extremely disappointed to see any company treat people with such disrespect.

They were on time and fixed the issue quickly and professionally.

The only thing is he did a good job sweeping up the floors but just left his dirty finger prints on the wall and the actual fixture around the valves.
