The Bay Home Renovations

Ilich and his team did an amazing job. We bought an older house that was in desperate need of upgrades. They removed walls to open the kitchen and living area, installed new floors, renovated kitchen and bath as well as painted the entire house. Not only did they work quick efficient and with our budget, they gave us suggestions on how to improve the house that aligned with our desires. Finally we have the home of our dreams and it is all thanks you Ilich and his team.

Where do I began, from the start to finish everything was great. Very respectful , very communicative and on time . From the first meet I knew this was the company I wanted to go with. I was able to leave them at the house to do all the work needed ,due to my work schedule. Once a project was finish I would recvd a call or text explaining what was done and what else will need to be done, because I was not going to see them when I got back home. The day he came to paint I was still moving in and unloading my uhaul, so we had to reschedule for another day and instead of leaving he helped my husband and I unpack two uhaul track with in 1hr , which would’ve taken us all day. I was so grateful . So he went above and beyond his job. He also assisted me in putting up my drapes. I will be using again for other projects. You will not be disappointed. Also his niece drew my husband an amazing drawing of a horse with waterfall background. So if also need an artist his niece is an amazing artist/painter. I want to say a huge thank you ! I am very satisfied.
