Joe came to do an estimate and was very non-pushy about the stuff we didn't want to do, which we liked. He was the general contractor; all plumbing, tile work and countertop work was done by respective specialists, with an on-site coordinator. The coordinator was very polite and easy to work with, making sure not to disturb me (I work late/sleep late), keeping an eye on the dogs so they didn't go out the door, and keeping in contact with me about progress. When I discovered a near-error (the tiling in the master bath was mostly done before they realized they needed to install another showerhead), they fixed it without hesitation. Details were taken care of, such as repainting drywall in matching paint. Though it was a bit pricey, it was done right and there were no unexpected charges. When they broke the toilet on removal (to put the floor in), they replaced it without additional charge. Both bathrooms look terrific now, especially the master where we went all out and got new floors and counters too. Joe helped us pick the perfect tile and decorative insets, and we are very happy with it.

I liked him a lot and also his designs. He was very professional. I did not have him do the work because he was just a tad bit high. However, he was in the ballpark, and we just went with somebody that came a little bit lower. I would consider using him in the future.

We've haven't done anything with it, but their price was much higher than we were expecting. They gave us a good idea on how it could be done. They base their prices on appliances that are too high. The quality may be good, but sometimes you can have good quality on other brands that would lower the price. They did not give us that option. They responded very quickly and came on time.

craftmanship and detail work was excellent, subcontracters were responsive and helpful; poor follow up by company representative and lack of communication and response to our questions and concerns generated the less than A grade

We had extensive tile damage as a result of re-plumbing of the house. They were quick, professional (paper put down to cover carpets where they were walking, for example) and very pleasant to work with. In particular, they suggested that placing new tile would be expensive and likely a waste of money in a house of the age of ours. He'd do it if we wanted to spend a lot more but thought it unnecessary. Friendly, courteous and efficient.

From the first time I met Joe at the Gallery the interactions were pleasant and professional. He came out and measured, offered suggestions, then met with me for an estimate and design when I was ready. Once I signed the contract , work went very quickly. I loved that the Bath and Kitchen Gallery was the point for all the subcontractors, timing, scheduling and quality. Tim was excellent to work with. All workers were prompt, courteous and responsive. Joe checked in periodically to see that things were going as planned and I was satisfed. When I requested a change, it was handled immediately.The kitchen looks great and I cannot believe how little stress it caused and how quickly it was done.

They did a great job. They gave us an estimate and the finished price was pretty close. The workers were very clean and professional and I would hire them again.

They eventually did get back to and worked to my satisfaction.

The remodeling experience was very positive. All of the workers were prompt, courteous, and hard working. Most were very neat. Our finished bathroom is beautiful.

The entire process was excellent. Joe Gennaro was extremely helpful with the design decisions and provided a graphic with the final design. We thought about it and made a few changes and upgrades. The work started and proceeded exactly as promised. Our sub-contractor, Kenny Prickett is a master craftsman. Every detail is perfect. We have gone over everything carefully and can find no fault either in the design or the workmanship. The work area was left very neat every day and during the demolition portion, they even hung plastic sheets around the work area to protect the house from dust. We recommend them highly.
