+ -1 moreI had a few leftover tiles from our counter and gave them to Rick. He was able to contact the manufacturer and get replacements on our behalf. You would never know the tiles were replaced because of the great job that he did.
Description of Work: He replaced the cracked ceramic counter tiles in our kitchen.

+ -1 moreTerrace did a very satisfactory job. The installers, led by a fellow named Troy, did a very good job with very positive attitudes. They forgot to do a couple very minor things and had to come back to do them, but they got it right the second time around and did it with a pleasant attitude. Based on my experience doing quite a bit of work on my house, mistakes are to be expected... what sets apart an installer or contractor is how they handle mistakes. Many will try to just blame someone else and gripe that they have to come back, but Troy just came back, apologized, and got to work making things right until I was happy.
Description of Work: Terrace installed about 1000SF of Lauzon African Sapele hardwood flooring.
