I m a home loan originator. I had a mortgage loan for a personal friend scheduled to close on Dec. 31, so she could file for homestead exemption. The title co s surveyor dropped ball and could not deliver. The title co was out of options. I did an online search and tried Terminus. 10 mins later, problem solved. When the survey markers were pulled out of the ground by ???? and I had no idea they ever did the job yet, they came back and put wooden stakes in for me whe they found out what happened. That is service!!!
