Excellent service from scheduling our appointment, to the surveyor arriving to our home and doing the survey. The turn around time was less than 24 hours after the survey was completed.

They're very professional,well mannered and they know their business plus the price was super. The 2 young men got my mom and dad's place by 8:20 am and started and didn't stop until the job was done that afternoon. They double and triple checked everything they did to make sure it was right on it !!! I would and will hire them again for my survey projects. They are Awesome!!!! Thanks guys again.!!!!

Simple job, but done quickly and at a reasonable cost.

Needed an elevation certificate to close on a mortgage and although I was hoping for it to be done sooner for timing reasons, Jackie did say up to 10 business days and it was done on exactly that. They kept in contact and were professional and personable in our conversations.

I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. Jackie was very nice and always helpful whenever I called. She is knowledgeable about the business. She followed up with me when necessary. She made the process easy and stress free. The surveyor was prompt. He arrive early as scheduled. He got busy right away. He provided helpful information to my son who actually lives at the property. My son told me that Jason did not do a "rush job", but seem to have done a thorough job. He was nice and professional. He answered my son's questions and explained any areas of concern. Terrible ethics! Totally scammed me out of my $350 deposit which was more than half the price of the job. They were incapable of finding even one marker, and then wanted ME to ask the neighbors for THEIR surveys. After I didn't do that, they told me there was nothing else they could do, and refused to return my deposit even after no services were rendered. I would not recommend this inexperienced company. Go to a more reputable survey company.
