Description of Work: Ned provided excellent advice and tree trimming work on several trees on our property. One tree was left untrimmed due to an unforeseen circumstance. It was difficult to pin down an appointment - he agreed to come within 1 or 2 days of an agreed upon date. He worked neatly and cleaned the property thoroughly following services. I would use this tree service again because the price was extremely competitive.

Work was done on time. It was done to my expectations. My lawn was cleaned before they left. A very good experience!

They were very conscientious about their work and made sure they maintained the trees looking good and also making sure it was safe as we head into hurricane season.

They were on time, courteous, and cleaned up well. Afterwards Ned was very helpful in discussing what I should do about a problem tree mostly located on my neighbor's yard.

MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY TRIMMED THE CRAPE MYRTLE TOO SEVERELY. I EXPLAINED THAT I WANTED THE TREE TO BE TRIMMED SO THAT IT WOULD NOT HIT THE HOUSE. I THINK THEY TOOK WAY TOO MUCH OFF. THE OTHER TREES WERE TRIMMED PROPERLY, ALTHOUGH I DO NOT THINK THEY DUG OUT THE BAMBOO BELOW THE GROUND WHERE THEY CUT THEM. THEY WERE ON TIME, CALLED BACK WHEN I LEFT MESSAGES FOR THEM, GAVE A COMPETITIVE PRICE AND WERE VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.
