+ -1 moreOriginally the job he did we were happy with and he was very responsive. We needed follow up information and he would not provide it to us and basically ghosted us. Would not recommend hiring.

+ -1 moreAvoid this vendor. Michael at Tampa Wash Pro misapplied chemicals to seal my brick deck a few moths ago, and already the deck shows signs of discoloration and rotting. Numerous emails and phone calls have gone unreturned. Pathetic that a local vendor ignores local customers after the job completed.
