They were able to come over on Sunday and make the repairs to the frame and glass, put new rollers on the door and install new locks. Great response and Great Service.

I called Tampa Sliding Door Repair as my very large 3 panel sliding glass door that slides all the way on to the outside wall had not been working properly for years. The door was stuck and I could no longer open it. When I was able to open it, it was a struggle to slide it open and it didn't even slide smoothly. I scheduled a time for TSR to come out on 4/15/16. They came out a little earlier than the scheduled time but it was okay with me. They were very friendly and courteous. They immediately unstuck the doors and said the original rollers on the door were too small and were worn out. I agreed to have them replaced with the larger rollers. What a difference the larger rollers made. The door now slide effortlessly and so smoothly. This door never worked as well as it does now. Thank you TSR! I highly recommend this company and will use them again for my other 2 sliding glass doors in the future.

Tampa sliding door repair was punctual. They performed the service just as they described over the phone. Their price was very reasonable and was exactly what they quoted. The workers performed the job efficiently and were courteous. The sliding doors are working well now. I would definitely recommend them to neighbors.

The amount we spent was substantially more than we anticipated because several more panels needed rollers and we added on the repair of a pocket door. The patio door price was pretty fair but I thought the pocket door was more than it should be, especially when they remove trim from one side but they didn't reinstall it and in the process they broke two pieces of the trim that I had to fix. Would I call them back? There wasn't an option for "maybe". Not sure. I would probably look for someone else.

These folks are so good I'm calling them again today to repair the sliding doors in our new-to-us home.

These guys were wonderful and I would definitely use them again! Gave us a great deal on roller replacement, combined with adding a new security lock. Clearly knew exactly what they were doing and showed up on time and worked efficiently.

I called several vendors and got voice mail for all except TSR. Robert answered and we set up an appointment for later in the day. He and his assistant showed up on time and started work right away. Professional and pleasant as always - I've used them in the past - and knocked the job out in about 1 1/2 hours. They replaced the bad door locks at no additional charge. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Robert and his assistant arrived promptly, were friendly and professional, and repaired the two doors in about an hour and 15 minutes. We had originally intended to have only one door repaired, but it slid so effortlessly and Robert offered to do the second for an additional $65, that I asked him to do it as well. It was not at his suggestion; in fact he advised against it when I told him we didn't open it much. I expect we will now, and use the AC less. I would recommend this company highly. Robert is a likable guy and did an outstanding job in a short time for a reasonable price. He also offered some good advice about clearing up the pool water (a floater w/ chlorine tablets). Only sorry I didn't call Tampa Sliding Door sooner.

Everything went great and no problems.

This is the second time they service us and again everything went smoothly. The first time they replaced several torn screens. They came on time, made great conversation while not missing a beat on the project and charge a very fair price. Highly recommend for great quality, fair price and no drama repairs.

It went fine. They replaced the rollers in the sliding glass door. We wished we had fixed it a lot sooner as it has made a huge difference.

I have had a horrible time of opening and closing my 95" high sliding glass door for years but just keep forgetting to have it fixed. I finally decided it was time when the door actually came off the track when my niece struggled to open it. The two gentlemen came in, assessed the situation within minutes, and got right to work. They explained that in some of the older doors, the manufacturer put in single wheel rollers when double wheel rollers were actually needed to stand the weight of the larger, heavier doors. It took them less than an hour to replace both wheels and they made sure to check that the door would close and lock after the replacement and adjusted that free of charge. They also saw that my alarm system magnet on the door was loose and they replaced that for me as well. They cleaned up and even wiped my window down for me. I would definitely use them again and will have no problem referring them in the future. I especially liked that they work on the weekends.

Very punctual and professional. Repaired our sliding glass door to like new for a very reasonable cost. Came in and went to work AND cleaned up after the job. Even found other repairs that needed to be made and fixed them for free. I will call again and heartily recommend them. Thank you TSR.

They did exactly as I asked and replaced the slider with one that had a kickplate so that my dog would recognize that the door was closed and not just barrel through the screen.

I called Tampa Sliding Door Repair this morning and this afternoon my sliding glass doors are working perfectly. They arrived on schedule, told me the price and did the work. Everything went perfectly. These doors have been difficult to open for years and have broken many fingernails. It is wonderful to having them work so well they open with one finger.

We have a double sliding glass door in the master bedroom and a triple sliding glass door in the family room leading to the lanai. Both are 20 years old and didn't slide smoothly. In addition, the slider in the bedroom didn't lock. I was pleasantly surprised when Robert at Tampa Slider Repair answered the phone on a Sunday, and even more pleasantly surprised when he said he and a colleague could come to my house that same afternoon. Within two hours, Robert and Brian arrived and replaced the worn-out rollers on both main sliding glass doors. They worked quickly and efficiently and the sliders now open and close with the touch of a finger. (After repairing the master bedroom slider, it now locks secureIy.) I couldn't be more pleased and recommend them highly to anyone with old sliders that need to be repaired.

It was great, Rob returned my calls promptly, showed up promptly and they were very complete. Rob and his helper were quick and sure knew what they were doing. The door works easily. I no longer need two arms to open it, one finger does it. We had a marble type noise opening ang closing the door but no problem. They scheduled a time and redid the enitre track. I also referred them to my son's house and they repaired his door too. I would definitely recommend them.

The first time around it seemed to go well, they were very friendly and told me they fixed the lock on my slider. As soon as they left, I shut the sliding glass door that they fixed, and the opposing one came unlocked. I realized that this lock must have also been broken so I called them back to fixed the other door. They came back and replaced the lock again. After they left, I again, closed the sliding glass door as we would normally (not gingerly but also not slamming it)... and the opposite door to which I shut popped open. So, neither of the doors lock properly, $150.00 later. I called back to express my concern and was insulted over the phone. I was told that I was shutting my sliders way too hard and that it was not normal. After a minute of going back with him on the phone he was very rude, and although he said he would come back free of charge to "fix" the sliders, I opted out and ended the conversation. My husband and I are both very disappointed in the services. We will not be contacting them in the future.
